Food is good, but it seems as of late it costs as much to get sushi for the whole family to have a family meal of chicken. The service could be better. I think the drive-thru person was anxious to get going and could barely wait to take our order, after we would order an item it would be a "your total is $$ pull forward" like we didn't have as much time to choose an item.

This place is a joke!!!! We specifically asked for plasticware because we were staying in a hotel and had none. They assured us they would include it in the bag. Had to wait 30 minutes for food, then asked again if utensils were in the bag, they said yes. NOPE not in there! They also didn't give us half of our order!!!! I drove back and asked them why they always forget. The on shift manager just looked at me dumbfounded and shut the drive up window. Maybe if the majority of their staff wasn't in the parking lot smoking, theycould get orders right! We will NEVER go to this KFC again. Complete idiots!!!!

Chicken tasted like fish I said something and got no reply we spent over $40 my cat wouldn't even eat the chicken I brought back from there.
The food was okay. Service could have been better. Asking proper questions goes a long way ( I wasn't asked about sauces, didn't receive any). Make sure the order is correct.

The food was great quality however the back line staff is very highly unprofessional.One lady was here waiting for work with two kids being really loud and interrupting anything going on in the dining room.I could see back line from my seat and not one person was wearing food serving gloves to handle any of the food.The back line always stands around talking, doesn't clean or anything they just stand and talk and ignore customers ?I highly recommend their food, not a dine in experience.
