Don’t ask for no lettuce unless you want extra lettuce, and don’t ask for a bacon mcdouble unless you want a tiny bite of bacon. They’ve messed up my order for a hot n spicy with no lettuce at least 8 times and whats stupid is that the tag on the damn bag said no lettuce and here my sandwich comes with extra lettuce

In my top 5 of worst McDonald's visits, and that's really saying something. We were traveling through and stopped so the kids could play and stretch their legs. The Play Place had been shut down two hours early. There was no heat in the building and it was 25 degrees outside. Doubt it was over 55 degrees in the building. The CO2 machine was broken, so no carbonated drinks. The men's room had a sewer leak and the stench was unbearable. The tables were dirty and food was subpar. Don't bother stopping at this location.

Went on christmas eve their sign said close at 5 got there 420 they said they were closed told them they needed to change their sign then and the guy was just really rude about it after we already ordered on the app told us we had to get on there and cancel our order

Not sure why 2 burgers with an onlinees order made 5 minutes before arriving takes 45 minutes to make. Watched dozens of people arrive and leave while we waited and reminded them every 5 minutes. Do better.

They're a joke!!! They clear the food when its not even done!!! Than you have to wait 10-20 minutes just to get your food. Please fix this. They need to go back to being trained. Plus they swear at the customer and dashers! Quit saying the food is done when its not!

There food was very nasty there hamburgers chicken nuggets and fries were cold and gross they should of gave me a fresh order for free after there mess up get a cook that can speak english

If I could give no stars I would. Every time I order its missing something. Burgers have been dry, fries are old, no sauce ( when extra sauces were ordered), and complete meals just missing. Absolutely absurd.
