Very very disappointed!! Not sure I’ll be going back here!! Got home which is a 30 min drive from where I live just to find out my kids happy meals didn’t have apple slices or their juice, and I was missing a Big Mac meal! Also it took over 20 minutes to get our food at the drive thru!

Recently this McDonald’s has started pulling everybody that goes through their drive through at all hours of the day and even if you are the only one in the drive through. Most recently I was told to pull around and park and they had given me my food but I had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks.

Asked for a #7 without cheese. Instead I got the sandwiches without meat and with cheese. Had to laugh about the ketchup pickle cheese sandwich because being angry about something so dumb was not worth the energy. I am also slightly to blame because I did make the choice to go here.

It never fails!!! Always takes forever and doesn't get the orders right just so they can make their time!!!!!! Bullshit.. I'm done wasting my money there!!! SMH🤬🤬 the thing that pisses me off is when I crave something I want. I want what I crave not something plain!!!! Pay attention to your customers!

Ordered at 6:50 pulled up at 7:30 and it still wasn't ready. Like how are you that bad at warmin up food 😭🙏
I placed an order in the app from about 20 minutes away. When I got there the whole restaurant was closed for cleaning, even though it was 7:30 pm. The staff was there and they told me they couldn’t make the order. And they could not refund my order on top of that, I had to apparently call headquarters to do that. What a joke.
