Their brisket burger is delicious! I also enjoyed their fries and fried okra. I've always enjoyed their brisket. This girl grew up in the Carolinas and prefers Carolina barbecue, but Reuben's had made a fan of Texas barbecue, too!
Texas BBQ — Fantastic!
All the dishes are homemade, and you can really taste the quality. Every day there’s something special on the menu, so each visit feels unique. If you love authentic Texas-style barbecue, this is definitely the place to go: tender meat, perfect smokiness. Highly recommended!
The Burgers and wings are great! Kids live the Mac n Cheese.Great place for the family.
Very expensive for the portions you get I wanted to try it for my birthday bad mistake not impressed
Got a brisket burger here. Was excellent! They grind up whole brisket and turn it into a burger patty. Very good. Would go back!
The only waitress working was polite and conersatinal, however the kitchen seemed slow. The owner came out and was very friendly
I tried the new Bar Menu he created for the bar next to his restaurant. (The Silver Dollar) I got the pulled pork nachos (brisket was sold out- cuz it’s that good) perfect portions! I’m thankful he collaborated with them to make an affordable menu while we enjoy adult beverages next door!
Went to the Ruben's tent that was set up at International Days. $16.50 for a small, paper cafeteria fry tray with a scoop of cold, bland Mac and Cheese and 3 pieces of tough, lukewarm brisket that was mostly bark and fat. Had only been to Ruben's once when they had opened, and was underwhelmed by their food and prices. I tried them this time, thinking that maybe they had figured things out. Actually laughable how much worse they've gotten.
Closed. Google lied to us.
Happened to see them at miller’s travel station with their trailer on 04/16/2025 at around 3:25 to 3:30pm. The two girls working at the counter were swamped with people, however the self checkout was open. Some tourists began to complain about the service which was not the girls’ fault, and the workers/owners (whoever was driving the trailer at the time) of ruben’s BBQ joined in with the complaining and were being extremely rude. Pretty sad that if you’re representing a local company, maybe carry yourself with some better manners and decorum. People are watching when you’re driving around with a giant wrapped trailer advertising your restaurant. Especially the locals. They just lost a local customer for life. I don’t support brands run by people with no morals, manners, or values in their day to day life.

I had this door dashed. It arrived hot and everything was separated so it wasn't all soggy. I got a pulled bbq sandwich, coleslaw, and house made chips. Everything was delicious. Bbq is top notch. The portions perfectly sized. 10/10 food.

Ribs are always amazing, beef brisket is done to perfection... Great place, go support your local places or get stuck with Wingers and Burger King as your only options again
