Itâs disappointing that the food is good but the waitress is horrible! I own a construction company and my guys have been going here on company dime for some time now and all of them have been receiving less then satisfactory service from the waitress that works here. I personally went out tonight and witnessed for myself the horrible service and disrespect this person shows to customers. One of my guys politely asked for a second beer and this waitress says âwhy donât you just drink your waterâ I proceeded to contest her on it and she then asks his age again after checking all IDs the first time and then doesnât ever bring out the beer. A few moments later I heard this waitress over at another table grilling 2 gentlemen for asking for a sake shot like as if she doesnât want to sell overpriced beer and sake! This is the 3rd incident Iâve experienced here with this personâŠlast time she was mad because we did separate checks etc. itâs ridiculous! Weâve spent loads of money here and have been very respectful and this is what we get in return! I have seen the other reviews regarding this particular waitress and if it was my business Iâd get rid of this issue if I wanted to run a successful customer service based establishment. If I had to guess this waitress probably complains to her boss about not getting tipsđ

Steak teriyaki bento box wasnât that great. Iâve been craving some good Chinese and fried rice and the only good thing was the pot stickers and California roll everything else was really bland and the steak hella greasy wasnât even cooked medium rare like they asked me how I wanted it cooked. I wonât be coming back here again. They donât even say hi and the sushi chef would rather leave the front to get the waitress instead of just saying hi and that theyâll be right with you.
