As I sit here on the bench 15 mins past when I was told the food would be ready, I watch customer after customer come in and be disappointed by the same answer I received: “food is still working”. This is for sure your only option for Chinese/Japanese. That’s about it. I’m a slow writer and we have reached 20 mins now of waiting

Let me say it like this....I lived in Price, Utah for a long time. These people that own/work at the restaurant are some of the best people I met in all the years I was there. See, they didn't know me personally, but both them and myself treated each other as fellow humans instead of with prejudice or judgment. The man that works up from and I believe makes the sushi.... especially him. I don't know the names, but when they seen me in Walmart or anywhere they genuinely seen me. I can't say that for many others in all those years. The food was also great and they were great about taking my order and my card and id come back even hours later and have my stuff ready with friendly service and kindness....to everyone, even while being judged and looked at as different than the people they are providing a service to. That's the truth. I love them.

It’s disappointing that the food is good but the waitress is horrible! I own a construction company and my guys have been going here on company dime for some time now and all of them have been receiving less then satisfactory service from the waitress that works here. I personally went out tonight and witnessed for myself the horrible service and disrespect this person shows to customers. One of my guys politely asked for a second beer and this waitress says “why don’t you just drink your water” I proceeded to contest her on it and she then asks his age again after checking all IDs the first time and then doesn’t ever bring out the beer. A few moments later I heard this waitress over at another table grilling 2 gentlemen for asking for a sake shot like as if she doesn’t want to sell overpriced beer and sake! This is the 3rd incident I’ve experienced here with this person…last time she was mad because we did separate checks etc. it’s ridiculous! We’ve spent loads of money here and have been very respectful and this is what we get in return! I have seen the other reviews regarding this particular waitress and if it was my business I’d get rid of this issue if I wanted to run a successful customer service based establishment. If I had to guess this waitress probably complains to her boss about not getting tips😃

Steak teriyaki bento box wasn’t that great. I’ve been craving some good Chinese and fried rice and the only good thing was the pot stickers and California roll everything else was really bland and the steak hella greasy wasn’t even cooked medium rare like they asked me how I wanted it cooked. I won’t be coming back here again. They don’t even say hi and the sushi chef would rather leave the front to get the waitress instead of just saying hi and that they’ll be right with you.
