The food is okay. The service on the other side is unprofessional. My family went for lunch on 12/7/24 at 13:00 , we ordered the food over the phone for pick up and thay came out fast with the and it was hot and ready. The disappointment was thay forgot or misplaced part of a kids' meal. When we asked about it, they came out to the car and said that they were in the bag yet thay where not, we showed the staff our bags and moved stuff around for them to see. We waited for about ten minutes for them to bring it out, and they never did so. After 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. It disappointments me to see this happen do to the fact me and my family have been coming here for years and to see them not be understanding or compensate for this in any way other then look at us through the window like we are crazy.

It was fun for us to go to an authentic 50's style Drive-In. They come to you, take your order and bring it to you while you sit in your car. Great service and fast, the food was fresh cooked and hot. The servers were helpful and very friendly.

Shereld’s is the real deal. Place a face to face order from your car or enjoy being in front on one of their Coke themed tables. Food and service is consistently over the top and if you’re old enough to remember the 1970’s this place will bloom fond memories of how great we have it in America. Each employee is kind and extremely helpful. Food is consistently well done and tasty.
My wife and I, guided by reviews, recently stopped-by Sherald's for a quick meal. We both ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, along with an order of onion rings. My wife had water and I ordered a small root beer. Our order was taken by a girl who looked to be about 16-years-old. From what I could see, all of the others working at Sherald's appeared to be about the same age. We sat at a picnic table outside, in the wind (there is no inside seating) and ate our sandwiches. We should have sat in our car. The food was, overall, "OK." Nothing impressive, and definitely nothing that would make us yearn for a return visit. The prices were no bargain, either. We've stopped at many a "Mom-and-Pop" burger place in our travels throughout the Western U.S,, but I'd rate Sherald's at the lowest 10%.

Absolutely delicious drive-in food. We did the burgers and killer onion rings. Excellent! Food tasted great. Portions were A+. And the service was prompt and friendly. Loved them coming to us with real human order taking vs having to yell into a speaker mic. 4 thumbs up.
