They can't get a simple order correct wanted to give them one last chance and it's almost like they purposely mess it up super simple guys follow the order by exact don't be a business if you can't follow simple instructions you realize some people have allergies to things and order a specific drink and you guys decide to make it your own do yourselves a favor close down the business go back to grade school and learn how to follow simple instructions it ain't that hard so if your thinking of ordering here read the reviews and go to chuggs cuz if your a normal everyday person and not a company they will more than likely screw you over simple instructions can't be followed don't be a business simple as that either get better staff or close down and learn how to follow simple instructions

The lobby I guess is permanently closed and they don't allow people walking through the drive through. My question is how do people who want a drink from this place get one if they are out walking or don't have a vehicle. It's ridiculous!!!

I went on Tuesday around 11:10 and waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, no one came to the window to take our order. Finally had to leave.

Horrible customer service and business sense. They gave us bad horchata and when I called she said she would change it out and to come back through to get it replaced. I go back the next day (which was agreed upon because I was on my lunch break the first time) and the girl says it's still not good and her manager isn't ok with replacing it with a different drink. She says they'll give me a refund then she takes 20 minutes to come back to say it's been sent to my email. (They don't have my email). I finally gave up and left. Not only a waste of money to get a bad drink but also to drive back and waste time with someone who has no clue how to deal with customers. If possible I wouldn't have given any stars.

Waited in line for 12 minutes and no one came to the window. They were not closed yet. Just hiding in the back until the thought I would leave. Nope I stayed until exactly till 7pm and no one came to the window. Very disappointed in this store!!!
