I order a venti iced white mocha, no whip, blonde shots. I was given a grande ice white mocha, with whip and it didn’t say blonde shots. The new girls they’ve been hiring seem to have no clue what they’re doing. I try to be patient but come on.

I stopped coming here a while back because my online orders would take 30+ minutes to be done (for one drink). So at that time, I considered this Starbucks a one-star location.
But I decided to come for Red Cup Day because it's a fun tradition. The baristas there today were AMAZING! They were kind, courteous, and even though there were only two of them and one was in training, I only waited a few minutes for my drink! The ladies working today restored my faith in this location. If I continue to get the great service that I received today, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Not a bad place. They do seems to run out of items often. Today it was no lids for large hot drinks and chai tea. I would say it is average service.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Ordered an Americano that took 20min. Only 6 other drinks made in that time.

The new girl this morning needs to learn the recipes better like the shaken brown sugar espresso. She needs to learn that shaking it aerates and expands the drink. The drink didn’t taste good at all and not worth $7 I’ll have to try another coffee shop around here that knows how to make coffee for city girls

Normally I just suck it up when something is wrong, but today my Strawberry freeze was given to me as a Tropical Frizt. When I asked her to fix it she argued saying that was the order. I literally had to pull my order up on my phone. THEN she gives me something with strawberries and cream on top. I just walked away because she was argumentative and I wasn't going there. Pictures to show the difference in what I ordered and what I received. Left 2 stars instead of 1 because my daughters was right.
I ordered a hot tall caramel macchito and have been waiting for 30 minutes I still didn't get my order. The people who has ordered on the front of me are gone. I asked them where is my drink they said oh we are working on.
I couldn't wait any more. This place is not very professional. Please do not come here.

Just a Starbucks, but between Moab and SLC a place to stop for decent coffee. I'm not impressed with Starbucks but where else are you going to go? Very nice staff though.

I use the mobile app to order to make it more convenient and quick to pick up. They got my order wrong twice in a row. I tried to call the store and you can't get straight through to them it directs you to Lins. They were paged to answer a phone call several times and no one answered. Then the person from Lins hung up on me. So I called customer service. Their corporate customer service is great! So understanding. They made sure to let the store know they got the order wrong and they reimburse me for the drink order.I order again the next day and go in to pick it up: I paid 8.50+ for a venti latte, that was clearly not a full drink. I asked the two girls where the rest of the drink was. They say we'll you didn't order ice so there is less.I get that they're young and inexperienced but they should be able to look at an order and see No ice, but I will pay more money for this drink for you to add extra expresso shots, cold cream, and for peets sake more almond milk! Especially since I'm paying for 24oz! So Ridiculous! Never mind, they must not need my business. SMH.
