The manger was very rude. I asked for a bowl which I was charged two extra $ for. I asked for more lettuce to which said no. I said I paid $2 for a plastic bowl and I got no bun and you say no. She grabbed a handful of lettuce and threw it in the bowl-lettuce going every where. Sad

Manager and staff are very rude and yelling at there customers. They roll there eyes at people. They almost always ran out of there products. There work stations are dirty same with the floors. I had better service with the old owners.

While the food was okay, the service was terrible. When I came in the staff was working on online orders. No one said hi or “we’ll be with you in a minute” or anything. Then when one them were done she was really short with me when she asked what I wanted. I ordered a protein bowl and barely put in any toppings. Then she just threw the meat on top. I had to ask the other person if they could chop up the meat. All of the veggies and meat should be chopped up. With no bread, how the heck are you supposed to eat it, but with a fork? Giant pieces of meat and veggies are a little too hard to eat.

Night crew is the worst, I dont think they pay attention to their training. Each visit is at least a 30 minute wait.they stand around in a daze thinking what they should do instead of thinking about the next step or two steps ahead while they are working. They have the radio up along with the noise of the machines so you have to yell the order to them.

You ask for extra veggies and they say we can't give you extra we can only do so much when that's the only veggie you get and it's not even covering the whole sandwich

Stopped by the subway in Price, UT hoping I could find a meal that was gluten and dairy free. When I walked in there were two women working. They didn’t greet me or even lift their heads to speak to me when I walked up. I stood at the counter for a minute but couldn’t find what I was looking for on the menu. I asked the older woman if they still had the chopped salads and she didn’t even look up and all she said was “no”. Actually one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in Price. Will not be going back.

At exactly 9:11 PM, I placed a DoorDash order from this Subway location. I was staying about 15 minutes away and knew the store closed at 9:30 PM. I had just gotten off work, hadn’t eaten all day, and as a vegetarian, my options are limited—so this meal really mattered.

I arrived around 9:24 PM. At 9:26 PM, DoorDash notified me that my order was ready. I waited another 10 minutes, and still, my sandwich wasn’t prepared. At 9:36 PM, I calmly approached the counter and asked if my order was ready. The employee responded with a rude “no” and noticeable attitude. (I encourage the manager to review the security footage to verify this interaction.)

The employee explained that a customer before me had placed a larger order, and that’s why mine was delayed. I only ordered one sandwich, and while I understood, his tone remained unnecessarily disrespectful.

When it was finally my turn, the employee gave me no clear instruction—just said “okay” as if calling me up without directly doing so. When I picked up the chips I had ordered, he asked “chips?” in a dismissive way, and tossed everything into the bag with visible carelessness. He applied the stickers sloppily, shoved the bag toward me, and walked off without saying a word, even after I said “thank you.”

I’ve never felt so publicly disrespected. After a long shift, spending money I can barely afford, this experience left me in tears. No customer should be made to feel like they’re undeserving of basic respect. As a Native American woman, I can’t help but wonder if race played a role here. Regardless, no one deserves to be treated this way.

I sincerely hope this review reaches the management team. Please review the cameras and employee behavior from that night. If it happened to me, I’m confident it’s happened to others. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in a small town where kindness should be the standard. I’m calm now, and I have photos and receipts available if needed for follow-up.

Stay safe, and I hope others are treated better than I was.

Well they can't exactly make it wrong 😆 you watch them make your sandwich, they ask what you if you do or don't want when adding veggies. Like I said they can't exactly make it wrong they give you what you ask for

They have some great sandwiches, pricy on the draw but worth it when you're looking for a healthier option

Not only was the counter girl rude but when I finally asked to see the manager she was just as rude. Don’t ask for extra lettuce or you feel the wrath.

I just had the worst experience at subway ove ever had. This morning on 3-16-25 I go in and the lady rolls her eyes. I ask a question about price and she snappy with me. I ask for avocado spread and she asks if I can even pay for it. She even pushes the money into my hand. If I go in and she's there I will not be making an order.
