The word that comes to mind to describe this family eatery is clean. Clean ingredients most of all. But the dining area was uncommonly clean, and so were the restrooms. The young lady who took our order was both super friendly and efficient. I had the Italian Colosseum Sandwich, which was great. Someone at my table had the Very Berry Salad, which was gorgeous and tasted even better than it looked. Will definitely make a point to stop by whenever I drive through the area.

Really great food. Had the caprese sandwich and the red pepper Gouda soup. Super tasty. Kids menu is good as well. Skip the fast food chains and just go here. Great frozen yogurt for desert.

We had the vegetarian pesto sandwich and the grilled portobello mushroom sandwich. Both were delicious They have a good cook.The bun was warm and fresh. The vegetables were fresh. The place is clean. It's a bit noisy. People's voices really carry, probably because it is so open.. We would eat here again.

A great find during a road trip through Utah! Lots of choices and they all sounded great. Food is prepared fresh when you order it. I wish we a place like this close to home!
We stopped traveling from The Salt Lake area heading back to Colorado.. couldn't stand the thought of fast food. We both had the Wisconsin cheddar soup which was very good. My husband hadn't had the Italian sandwich and I had the Brazilian wrap. Both were excellent! The service was great. Everyone was friendly!!

Amazing! I stopped in simply because it was next door to my motel, and this place is now my FAVORITE restaurant! Fast, healthy, and delicious. I would literally eat at The Tangerine every day if there was one near me!HIGHLY recommend the Grilled Portabello Sandwich (O.M.G!!!) - a perfect ciabatta bun...huge, juicy portabello...the most amazing peppers, onions and sauces...TOTALLY a 5-star sandwich!And, the fresh mango froyo was THE BEST light and fresh "dessert!" ?

To loud people don’t realize their voice carries and they need to talk in lower voices so everyone can enjoy there meal. We we’re going to dine in but it was way to loud gave me a headache. So we got it to go.

We found this place on MapQuest driving to Salt Lake looking for something to eat not knowing the area. Hungry after a day of mountain climbing, this place did not disappoint. The tastiest salads we’ve had in so long. If we were in town more than a day, we would eat here every day. The Nero salad, which is a Caesar with spicy grilled chicken, was delicious. My husband had the pulled pork salad called “ Carnita My greens “which was also absolutely delicious! Friendly service, clean environment, healthy and delicious!!!!
Only tried once years ago. ... Never went back.
