I order 3 pizza with crazy crust so they would be made fresh. When I came in to pick them up they said they weren’t quite ready. I watched as they took 3 pizzas out of the warming oven add the crazy crust and give them to me. I live within 5 minutes of this little Caesars. By then time I got home the pizzas were cold and tasted old. I wouldn’t feed these to the pigs. Stay away. There pizzas are terrible. If zero stars were an option I would have given them that. I threw the pizza away and had to go back out and pick something up to eat.

I called to order because we wanted crazy crust pizza…. I ordered before i went so they would cook new pizzas and they would be hot. When i got there he took pizzas out do the warmer and added crazy crust to them. They were old and cold.

Got a hot and ready pepperoni. Old and cold! Got crazy crust on it. First, they didn't do it, I brought it back. They did a big glob on the crust. Didn't put the parmesan on the garlic butter. And had to make the choice to help me the paying customer, or keep talking with two friends in the lobby! 3 times to get it right. Im worried for the future of society when 16-20 year old can't do 3 things in order. And don't care at all at a job!

First everytime I go in have to wait for something that's supposed to be hot and ready. So i ordered today at 620. They tell me 10 15 min. 20 min later they tell me another 6 min. I ordered it crazy style everytime and guess what they always forget to do. Yup make it crazy style. Like if you can't read a piece of paper how you guy even remotely passing school. For 30$ on a pizza that used to be 5$ you guys need to do better. Gonna have to start going to the north store.

The Providence Little Caesars is far superior to the Logan one! I visited the Logan one only to find out they were out of cheese and sauce to make any more pizzas.
Providence always has quick service, friendly employees, and thicker pizza crust than I’ve seen at any Little Caesars. We will drive to the south end of town now for their pizza!

Just had the worst experience at Little Caesars. They told me it was a 10 minute wait. Ended up being 30 minutes because they messed up my order. They didn’t compensate it or apologize for the long wait worst service ever!!!

Came in around 7:15. Two customers waiting for help. A young man setting on a chair watched me come in. He looked at me got up and walked further to the back. After a couple of minutes, another customer came in, still no help up front. I yelled, is anyone going to answer the bell, no response or help. I left, never will I ever go there again!! Ridicules!!

*** -1 ⭐️ *** There have been few places that have been so bad in so many categories, over a long period of time that I wish I could give negative stars, but this Little Cesar’s has done just that. Also know that we have gone here almost weekly for the past year. Why you ask? I don’t know, because we hate sanity I guess. Why is it so bad?
1 - I don’t know the last time I went in and got all the pizza we wanted even though all of it SHOULD be hot and ready from 4pm to 8pm. This isn’t time specific either. I have tested going at 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7, and 7:30 to see if there is a good time. The answer is an unequivocal no. I can’t say never, but them having hot and ready pizza happens so infrequently, it is equivalent to a unicorn siting. 2 - I learned very quickly that when they say, “Oh, we just sold the last one so it’ll be a 10-12 minute wait,” it actually translates to, “We are never prepared for some reason and I don’t know why so many people are such gluttons for punishment, but it will actually be a 30-40 minute wait and that’s being generous.” 3 - I wish I could say that ordering through the app is better, but regardless of what the time says, you better triple it.
Do I regret this past year, no, not completely, but you’ve taken this disgraceful service too far! So if you’re thinking about going here, go anywhere else, get a frozen pizza then take it home and cook it, regardless your choice, I can practically guarantee that you will be eating in a shorter amount of time.

This isn’t my favorite pizza but it’s cheap enough to fill two of us. I gave five stars for the outstanding service they gave to me. I ordered a three meat treat & got a pepperoni. Since the three meat cost more than the pepperoni, I called them wanting some money back instead of driving back. I understand it was busy & this is the first time with them I didn’t get the right order. They made it right by letting me keep the papperoni & gave me a three meat treat. I had trouble with another drive thru in the area & they said they would make it right but never did. I really appreciated it & will be going back. Thank you Little Caesars! Pizza Pizza
