We were told the wait would be 45 minutes and it was over an hour.They didn’t notify us when our food was finally ready. The atmosphere inside seemed dingy so we ate outside. Fries and fry sauce were delicious. Strawberry shake tasted good, but it sat in the fridge until our order was complete and too quickly turned to strawberry milk. Kid’s burger we ordered without cheese came with cheese and a pickle slice. Ultimate burger was undercooked, very pink in the middle. Maybe we’ll try another location and order fries and a milkshake. We wondered if takeout had priority while a bunch of us who ate there sat around waiting. A dog was allowed in the restaurant.
First timers to Morty’s. We almost didn’t stop due to the lack of cars, but it was SO good we will be back! Great customer service too, on a Wednesday at 2 pm, FWIW.

Food is great! It just takes 8 years for you to get your food regardless of the day. Even if you order 30 min before online/over the phone, you will still end up waiting another 10-15 minutes past the order pickup time.
