Needed to do some “business” and came here because it is 24 hours. The door was locked though, and as I was turning around to leave I saw an employee trying to hide. Well the “business” was going to happen so I had do the work by the dumpster.

I pay a monthly subscription to be a gold pass member for 7-Eleven Now. I love the perks, and racking up points to use.However, why is it that everytime I order on the app I get my order and there is always items missing. Not just one, or two. Multiple!I order on Friday or Saturday nights when my kids have friends over. Or we have a movie night. It's not fun handing out treats and someone's isn't there.I try to call the store and get "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time", I call DoorDash who is the company they use to deliver and they do absolutely nothing!Well it looks like I'm going to cancel my Gold pass, and I'll go to the store and get the treats.At least then I'm not getting ripped off!

Gas pump asked me way too many questions before I could start pumping. The screen also took like 3-5 seconds to load between each input. Makes it a much slower process than it needs to be.

“ “ is an extremely unkind person. I brought my 6 pound dog in my arms after a horrible night. Life can be super hard and my husband and we just wanted a treat to take our minds off of things. I have taken her many places and didn’t think anything of it. Her not being allowed in the store is totally fair though! As I walked in, he said “get her out of my store” in an unkind tone. Which I did of course because if she’s not allowed that’s fine. I did however go back in and tried to say that he doesn’t know what’s going on in peoples lives and it’s always best to be kind. And if he had said it differently I would have appreciated it. He continued to be unkind. I recommend someone talk to him about customer service since that’s the business he’s in. I miss the other guy who used to work nights. We actually had a good relationship with him! Even a friendship.Edit: I took his name out because I feel bad because maybe he was having a bad day too. But it would still be good to have a conversation about customer service.

GOAT 7-Eleven. Me and my roommates have a 7/11 right next to our apt but we always wanna go to the “good 7-11”.Always got the foam cups for big gulps. Always clean. Staff is really nice and they do fun giveaways. When I’ve gotten the 8 count boneless wings I swear there always be like 12 ? had to pay my respects ?

I know it's a "1 bad apple..." situation (maybe) walked in 10am to grab a drink and snack. Nobody cared, employees continued doing whatever it was they were doing. None greeted anyone who walks in. Grab what I needed and went to the counter to pay. Bearded, reddish hair, bit stocky 5'5" 5'6" looks at me with blank stare proceeded to scan my 2 items. I paid with my phone then he started walking away mumbling "thank you" even before the receipt came out. I asked if I can grab the receipt, he just nodded so I did and walked out. Either they need coffee or get a job that doesn't require customer service
