Make sure to ask for salad dressing before you leave. As you order, tell them if you want it to go otherwise the coconut chicken bowl has to be dumped upside down into a tin. Also, unlike the picture, it had no limes and the coconut was toasted brown. You do get free adult shirts with the coconut chicken meals. It tasted pretty good. The 6 year old didn’t like the coconut sauce on the rice but the 3 year old did.

Get the guava cake and katsu chicken thank me later

This is an offense to Hawaiian food. Tried the garlic chicken and it was all breading and no chicken and it was burnt. I've always found the food here lackluster, but this is just unacceptable.

Wow. Imagine paying $15 for a plate at a BYU game and getting 5 bites of meat and a bunch of rice. This is the most sorry excuse for a plate of food I have ever got. So disappointed.

Wow. Imagine paying $15 for a plate at a BYU game and getting 5 bites of meat and then a bunch of rice. This is the most sorry excuse for a plate of food I have ever got. So disappointed.

Delicious! I got the little keiki bowl and it was so flavorful! It came out super quick and was the perfect amount of filling. I’ll be eating here again for sure!

2024 ETA: what happened? Half as much meat as they used to offer. Food was still pretty good but help these starving college students!Surprisingly good food at a fair price. Love the pasta salad and sauce for the meat.

Gross. not surprised. They give you really good portions at a good size but it's nauseating. I couldn't finish it and I was starving

Aloha Plate is a go-to in the Cougareat. The portions are good for the price, and the food is always delicious. The meats and macaroni salad are just as good as other Hawaiian barbecue you'd find out in the community, but with the convenience of being on campus!

I paid nearly $14 for a meal that I thought would be the rice, steak, dull whip, and macaroni. They gave me 5 small pieces of meat, tons of plain soggy rice, and very mediocre macaroni. They never texted me that my meal was done but 10 minutes after the expected time I checked and it was just sitting there getting cold and they forgot my dull whip, but gave it to me after I asked. I told the worker that I didn't get a full serving of meat and he didn't care to even look. The dull whip was fire but besides that it was the worst food I've spent $14 for.
