Very bad service
Went to pick up an online order. Only one person was at the whole place. Was told we had to wait another 7 mins and come back later. Just felt it could have been stated nicer and handled differently:(

With an egg allergy, eating at a fast food place is difficult. I had a Tuekey Ranch and vacant sandwich without the ranch. It very good. I could only eat halgmf, but enjoyed the leftovers the next day.
Dietary restrictions: Drop the mayo for an egg free option.

Do not eat here. Bought a "Jamocha" shake. 4 dollars for the most melted shake and I'm pretty sure they just put vanilla on the bottom and chocolate on the top cause it didn't even taste right. Manager said thats what its supposed to look like. Couldn't finish it. Disgusting and terrible. Do not eat here.

I needed to use the drive thru because I was in a hurry. So when I got to open the sandwich wrapper I was already to far to turn around and go back. The sandwich was barely warm. Yuck! The person at the drive up window was less than friendly. Lesson learned. Won't be back.

Went through the drive through and didn’t check my food after they gave it to me. They didn’t get anything right and by the time I reached home 20 minutes later I wasn’t about to turn around to make it right. Called the store and no one answered. When I tried to leave a message explaining what happened someone finally picked up the line and then hung up.

Went there because we love Arby’s. We are doing a lot of driving and needed fast food so we could keep going. We ordered roast beef because they are easy to eat in the car right? Nope! Check out the pics. They cubed their roast beef which made it taste a little different but then 1 bite into the sandwich it was raining cubes of meat everywhere
It was a mess it didn’t taste as good and ai regret the stop. No warning.

All I ordered was mozzarella sticks and they were frozen in the middle still so they must’ve pulled them out of the fryer earlier than needed/required. The audacity of it and giving people uncooked fast food is crazy.
