I was there getting me and my husband lunch before a long drive. And they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 combos. They got the cordon blue with curly fries correct, but I ordered a roast beef cheddar with curly fries, and instead got a ham and Swiss sandwich with crinkle cut fries.... is plain ham and Swiss even on their menu? I have no idea how they messed that up. And when I went to the window, I was given really weirded out looks when I asked for arbys sauce and red sauce. I was pretty uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. The food tasted good and they were really quick with making it.

Went there because I was craving a 1/2 pound sandwich, love the horseradish sauce, for me, it makes the sandwich complete. I asked for a water cup and went and filled the cup 1/4 full with horseradish sauce so I could dip my sandwich. While pumping the sauce, I heard the counter guy make a remark to another employee about me putting horseradish in a water cup. When I went to get my sandwich, cost $8, he made a snotty remark about putting the horseradish sauce in the cup, pointed to the small plastic sauce containers, told me I was welcome to take as many of those that I wanted instead of putting it in a cup. I told him that I only pumped a small amount in the cup, grabbed my sandwich and walked out.
After leaving, I thought, what difference does it make if I take an equal amount of plastic pouches or if I pump the same amount in a cup. I should have asked for my $8 dollars back and drove to another Arby’s! I have done the same thing at other Arby’s and nobody has ever smarted off about putting the sauce in a water cup. I will never return to this store again, I have bought several sandwiches at this location over the years because it’s on my way home. As others have stated, the Jamoca shakes suck at this location, the size has gotten smaller, but the cost has doubled. I get around the community and will be sure to tell everyone about the big mouth employee that can’t keep his mouth shut about customers preferences of how they take their sauce! The service has consistently gone downhill over the years, this experience made it easy to never return. Good job BIG MOUTH, I would fire you if you were my employee!

Paid $20 for a meal with almost no meat, no sauce, and didn’t get any extra sauce. Got an order of cold fries with zero sauce included. A jamocha shake that tasted like vanilla. Not worth the money at all.

My pregnant wife was craving Arby’s, especially that Arby’s sauce! So I made sure to ask for Arby’s sauce twice when I ordered in the drive thru. Lucky for her, not only was her sandwich not come with Arby’s sauce, but she also found 2 hairs on it! Thanks Arby’s! 😃😃😃

Love the crispy fish sandwich, the staff were friendly and efficient, the premises were clean and quiet. All that I could expect from fast food❤️
Went to pick up an online order. Only one person was at the whole place. Was told we had to wait another 7 mins and come back later. Just felt it could have been stated nicer and handled differently:(

With an egg allergy, eating at a fast food place is difficult. I had a Tuekey Ranch and vacant sandwich without the ranch. It very good. I could only eat halgmf, but enjoyed the leftovers the next day.
Dietary restrictions: Drop the mayo for an egg free option.
