This is probably the best Arby’s I’ve eaten at. Everything was fresh, dining room was clean, and the fries were piping hot! The staff came around and were riding up, even though it was pretty much clean.

After having their steak nugget bowl tonight, I think I’ve decided to go vegan. Genuinely one of the worst tasting things I’ve ever had and there Mac tasted like plastic. Waste of money would not recommend.

I ordered my food and drove home and the order was wrong. I drove back to Arby’s and the cashier that took my was still at the front counter so I went up to her and said that I ordered a hamburger and got a cheddar sandwich. She gave me a dirty look and said no you ordered this sandwich I said no I did not. So she got mad grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the garbage and mumbled something under her breath. So another lady came to the counter to reimburse the whole order and recharged the whole order. So I said can I get a soda for having to drive back for my trouble and she said no. When the Oder was done the young girl put the bag on the counter and did not say a word. I said thank you for fixing this order and she turned her back on me and did not say a word. Very poor customer service.

Not one of my favorite Arby's restaurants. Today they didn't include any of the sauces that I ordered when I placed an online order. No horsey sauce. No Arby's sauce. Two very plain sandwiches.

The worst Arby’s ever. I waited 15 minutes to order and I asked if they are going to help me and he said they are busy right now so just wait. 30 minutes later I finally got to order and they gave me the wrong order 🤦♀️🤦♀️

I went through the drive through and got the food and drink right but I wanted some ketchup to also go with horsey sauces that they did not add just the horsey sauces I like mixing the 2 to make a spicy fry sauces . I guess that's the perks of going in you can get your own sauces and not rely on the servers to do it right. Other than that the food was good as always

Went to the drive thru for what I thought would be a good meal. The brisket sandwich was like a small burger with over crispy bacon and burnt onion straws. Honestly I don't think they're was brisket on it.
Then to top it off I get down the road and what no Arby's sauce and no napkins. Super helpful when you're trying to get down the road and eat.
Needless to say not my best experience with Arby's.
I just got home from your store after having my order rang up wrong and the gentleman at the window acting like it was my problem. I asked him specifically if there was horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce and he said yes he put them all in there. Nothing not 1 sauce was in the bag! I hav this happen a lot there and every time I say I will not be back! I’m done with this Arby’s! I understand problems once in awhile but every time is a joke and nothing but laziness on their part! He had to do a credit card refund because of the wrong order and I think he was just done trying any type of real Customer Service!
