Love this place! I've eaten here over a dozen times and the burgers are top notch. I also love the unique spin they have on their burgers!

Kathy, the owner, is a sweetheart so already off to a good start. The burgers and fries were top notch and super fresh. You can tell they care about the quality of food and service here. Will be back with all the people I know!

Visiting from Texas and decided to give it a try and do not regret it one bit. Service, food, and the atmosphere were all great! 10/10 recommend.

We visited backdoor burger a while ago and head a wonderful experience. This time we waited about an hr. Did not receive one of the drinks and the burgers and fries were cold when we finally received them. The restaurant was half full but no one received any food. Not sure what is going on. Very disappointed in this experience.

I love the food here and have been dining here for about as long as they've been around, but my goodness have they gotten slow at taking orders. The last 4 trips in they weren't at all busy, but I sat at my table for well over 20 minutes before being able to order. The food is seriously so good, but the service is so incredibly slow these days.

We waited a long time for our food. Both our burgers were overcooked, dry, and had burnt parts. They asked us how our meal was and we mentioned it was overcooked and they insisted it wasn’t. Overall, we are disappointed because we had heard great things.

This was my first time visiting. The food was actually very good. Several different burgers available to choose from. It was also a nice place to be able to talk and visit. Music wasn't so loud as to hinder conversations, which was nice.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant lol. We were told there was a 30 min wait, came back after 30 min, told it was going to be another 20, and when we were finally seated, we were told that half their menu wasn’t available that night, they’re special drinks were also not available, and they’re desserts weren’t available either. We only found that out AFTER we had tried ordering several items that apparently just weren’t available that night. We ordered a large fry for the table and they gave it to another table by accident? 😂. We also ordered 4 “fountain drinks” that were actually just 12 oz cans of soda. Which was $4/piece!? I thought this place usually provides big mugs for the fountain drinks, but I guess not. A little heads up that their way-too-expensive fountain drinks were actually tiny cans of soda would’ve been nice. All good though! The food took so long that we finally just decided to leave. We made sure to pay $16 for our 4 “fountain drinks” before leaving. Sorta thought they’d let us have our $4 cans of soda for free since they wasted close to two hours of our time. But nope lol. This place is trash. Would not recommend.

After getting on the wait list, we were told 30-40 minutes. When we came back to check in, we had been overlooked and told to wait 20 more minutes. Finally got seated and several menu items weren’t available. We were given canned soda for $4 a can and waited so long to never get our food. Our fries were given to another table. We ended up leaving. Super disappointing experience!

Terrible service. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Waited an hour for our seats and still ended up leaving because they were taking forever. Absolutely do not go here. Ever.

Service was above and beyond we were sat and served by Avery and she was one of the nicest waitresses. The place was super packed and she went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of. I went to this place expecting another burger, but was very impressed with the menu and the quality of the food. They had some interesting burger options but it worked so well. I loved it. I will definitely be coming back.

Literally the best burger joint in utah county. Can't go wrong here. Some of the burgers are a bit gimmicky but try a few to find the one for you and you'll be back again and again. Their fries bang to boot!
