Edit - adding one more star to my review today because the staff was a tiny bit more friendly when I visited again recently. Highly recommend the mexican pizza. It is fabulous!

Their mexican pizza with sweet pork and sweet white rice is amazing- as is their tomatillo ranch dressing! It is always my go to! The crisp tortillas make the perfect crunch!

Wish they would give more cheese on top. Each year they seem to give less and less quantity of toppings such as cheese and meat. Even if you ask for just one extra scoop of green sauce they want to charge extra for it. What about all the customers not wanting sauce- do they get charged less - nope—of course they don’t!

We dined in for lunch. We feel that the staff needs to learn how to lighten up and actually smile! Even if they have to just fake that they’re happy and actually enjoying their job. Every customer deserves a smile and to feel valued and welcomed. We did not feel welcome! We felt that we were an inconvenience to them.

Okay here’s my issue with Bajio- the tortillas are almost inedible. Paper thin, strange stiff texture, and they are almost always raw and not cooked thoroughly enough. My husband and I ask for extra crispy tortilla every time just to try and get a normal cooked through tortilla and even then it hardly gets there. You can’t eat a quesadilla with a tortilla that is nearly translucent because it isn’t cooked well enough! And almost every menu item contains a tortilla! We have had this issue over and over again. If Bajio would get better tortillas they would definitely have more stars from me because I do enjoy a lot of other elements from them, their beans, rice, dressing, etc….but the tortillas are mega weak and they have no idea how long to cook them for! Please Bajio, up your tortilla game it will make your food a lot better !!! 🙏 ❤️

First time ordering here for our family. $131 order. Consensus from family is that Costa Vida is better followed by Cafe Rio, then Bajio. I was excited to try the chimichanga, but it must not have been deep fried because it was soggy. Not much meat either in the chimichanga. Plenty of meat in the burrito.

Bajio is my favorite since it first opened. The flavors are just the best!

The food is yummy and fresh! It’s one of the few places that has something for everyone in my family, including the picky one and the vegetarian.

Worst costumer service- saw the manager start talking about the employees in different languages so the employee wouldn’t understand, very unprofessional and just hate to see that kind of behavior. Made the experience unbearable to even eat there! Anyone with proper understanding of costumer service and the head staff should take a look into their management and review what’s going on back of the house. Those experience makes me never want to come back and send in health inspectors after seeing some terrible food handling issues.

I love this food!! It's a great price and I love the beans and rice. So healthy and Fresh!!! It's a million times BETTER than Cafe Rio and Costa Vida... I don't like there food at All!!!
