I ordered the pineapple shrimp salad with extra pinapple shrimp and extra sour didn't get either. We also ordered the lime chicken tacos double and asked for pinto beans we got refried and we asked for guacamole, salsa and sour cream and we paid extra and didn't get any of it. The order was 34 and we gave a 10.00 tip that didn't help us get any of the extras

10/10 Queso and an overall solid Restaurant. The staff were quick and friendly. It feels and smells clean inside. My only complaint was that my burrito was pretty dry. My wife loved her sweet pork quesadillas

I love this place. Food is really good, fast service and really nice employees. It’s always a great experience when I go in. I’m glad this one is still around.
Absolutely delicious. I just needed some quick food for lunch and found this place. The food was really good. Staff was super friendly and they got the food to me so quickly. I'm very happy with my experience here.
edit to review. I have really liked going to this place for some time, but my experience yesterday really turned me away from the place. I went in though the drive though, normally it takes only a few minutes, this time I spent close to 25-30 minutes there. when I ordered the person seemed really snappy, though that may have just been my perception of it. finally when i got my food, absolutely everything was wrong with it, i got lime chicken with Spanish rice and balsamic vinaigrette, the only thing they got right in it was the chicken which was insanely dry compared to previous times.
I was on my work lunch and by the time i noticed they gave me everything wrong I had no time to go back and correct it. for the time waiting, the food gotten and the snappy server, i felt really disappointed in a place I have really loved so far. IDK if they have recently hired a lot of new people recently, but i think there needs to be some additional training or at least a double check the order.
I really like the food but this is the 3rd time they have not given me meat or the ranch with my pickup or delivery orders. Very disappointed

Great food! Clean and courteous staff! Always one of my favorite places to eat!
We’ve been going here for about 4-5 years now, and Bajio beats out Costa Vida or Cafe Rio every time. It’s rare for me to find a mexican food place that leaves me feeling good, but I’m always full and satisfied (both with takeout and dining in).
I’m consistently impressed with food quality—the salads are the best bang for buck and what I get every time. Catering to gluten/dairy/egg intolerances is also simple, and another huge plus for my wife and I.
I love the staff. I tend to look for the good in people anyhow, but the servers make it easy. Sure, they get tired like everyone else, but they’re good at their jobs and good for a conversation when I’m feeling chatty.
OOH! And on Cinco de Mayo they gave my daughter a piñata. That’s awesome.
This is my favourite burrito spot any time I visit Utah County. They have fresh ingredients and great quality food. Preferred to Cafe Rio and Costa Vida.
Kid-friendliness: They offer juice boxes that the kids enjoy.

I really liked Bajio! I got the green chile burrito.
I’m confused by others’ negative experiences. I definitely don’t think you “might as well” go to Cafe Rio/Costa Vida. Bajio tastes and feels a little more authentic, and is definitely worth your time.
