I love Baskin robins but we were just there and left because the inventory was so low. There were hardly any quarts in the freeze fewer available flavors. Wonder if they will go out of business….
A lot of the time they are missing some flavors. Especially embarrassing considering they have a sign outside that says “48 flavors” from the normal 31, they had at least 4-5 missing flavors from each cabinet.
I ordered a birthday cake to be picked at 2pm today. I drove 60 miles to get it. When I got there at 1:45 I was told by the clerk that she was just going to call to tell me the decorator didn't come in so NO CAKE. How incompetent can you be!
After we scheduled and paid for a birthday cake, they decided to not make the cake for some reason and didn't even contact us to inform us there would not be a cake for the party. It's unacceptable that the company would have such little care.
This location is rough. There is only really 1 capable staff member usually and it’s hit and miss when they are open apparently. Googles hours are incorrect, and the hours posted on their door don’t mean anything either unfortunately. There’s currently 4 people waiting outside because the door says they open at 3:00pm, another sign says they will be back at 4:00pm, and it’s now almost 10 after. Incredibly stupid.
Niece and nephew really wanted Baskin Robbin's cake for their birthday... my fault for not preordering it... though even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to pick it up anyway. Got there a little early - 12:45, my bad... decided to just wait. And wait... and wait... saw 2 people trying to pick up custom cakes they had already ordered and paid for... still no one. I thought since people were picking up custom cakes- someone would be near soon... my fault for waiting- an hour after they were supposed to be open, I finally gave up... kids will have to have Coldstone instead. If you're not going to open- that's fine, but please don't have "back at 1" signs up.
Would put zero stars if that was an option. Showed up for a banana split on a Saturday night at 9pm. Upon ordering the employee stated it was a hassle to get everything out and make a banana split since everything had already been put away. It was an hour before the store closed. Poor employee attitude. Guess I will take my business else where.
Georgiana if that’s spelled correctly. She makes this place. She was so pleasant and friendly it made our day. Thank you for your bright and sunny smile.I had the very berry strawberry and loved it.
The employees were really nice but they were out of stock of a lot of things (it was only 3pm) and then they got the order wrong and took a long time. I was waiting 30min for a smoothie and there wasn’t a lot of customers.
We had a great time here tonight, our server was very personable and should be rewarded for her great customer service!

Of course the ice cream is wonderful, but I ordered 1 quart of ice cream to take home and then watched her sit and pack it for 12 whole minutes. I was the only customer in the store. Even if she was new, the other girl working could have helped her but didn’t. I love baskin robbins, I just hope next time I go the employee takes into consideration my time.
The girl at the front was super rude and wasn't helpful at she said she was out of milk when we asked for a milk shake then we asked for a smoothie and said they were out of the flavoring then we ask for root beer floats and they said they were out of rootbeer and the whole time she was talking with a major attitude problem FYI this was right when they opened so they should have everything in stock I'm really disappointed with this
Any chance of a refund? Lol ? I was so excited to get the Oreo ice cream I love but they didn't have it. But my sub was good until finding a HAIR in my ice cream ? whyyyyyyyy.
I ordered 2 Turkey Icecream cakes for Thanksgiving. I showed up Wednesday night to pick up my order but it was never made. They could not give me any reason as to why it was not made and only offered a refund. My kids were so excited for this Turkey cake and now I have to go tell them we won’t be getting one. They are going to be so sad. I guess my recommendation would be to call and confirm your order since their online system doesn’t seem to get the job done.
My mother in law ordered a ice cream pie for my husband’s birthday - one of their standard signature pies. They told her they had never heard of it before. Then they said “okay,” and looked it up and found it in their data base and said that they could make it. When she asked them to write on it they said “we don’t do that.” So my mother in law arrived at 11 AM to pick it up. They were closed until noon. Their information was inconsistent. So when she arrived to pick it up, they told her they hadn’t even made the pie because they didn’t have pie crust… it is the week of Thanksgiving, and they don’t have pie crust, okay, I get that. The called the Orem store and they didn’t have pie crust either… but the real problem was, they never called my mother in law back to inform her of the incomplete order, nor did they offer replacement options, apologize, or try and offer any compensatory solution. So she just grabbed a standard ice cream cake from the freezer. Overall, their customer service is subpar in comparison to the brand/title they hold.
