Absolutely overrated, nothing special. If you’ve ever had “real desserts” you would know these aren’t special. For $37 you can go get a full cake or whatever desserts from anywhere else.

If you’re in Provo, pass on Starbucks and walk in this joint. Service is fast, food good, prices too low. It’s less than 5 bucks for a coffee. Support local!

Bianca’s has a great choice of sweet and savory treats. I appreciate that all the prices are clearly on display. I tried the Nutella kronut which had a crispy outside and a light and fluffy inside. There was a generous amount of Nutella filling. I also got a tiramisu which was layer after layer of yummy distinct flavors. The lady who was at the counter was very patient while I made up my mind and was very pleasant and professional. My only regret ..I wish I had gotten more. I’ll definitely go back

Food is super yummy I would recommend the Kronuts. It’s not really a sit down restaurant (they have no water, utensils, or napkins).

I ordered their cheesecakes and thought that the crust tasted underdone while the cheesecake was a little curdled.

My favorite French bakery! This place is amazing. They have it all! My favorite are their key lime tarts. But I've had quite a bit of their menu and I haven't had anything I didn't like.

So cute! The offering are so many that it takes awhile to decide what to get. We ordered lunch. Had a Ham and Swiss Croissant and Chicken Pesto Panini. We split the Cream-filled Napoleon and took a slice of Pistachio-Ricotta Cake to go. Each item is well crafted and divine. So tasty, from the flaky layers to the smooth cream centers. I've had pastry in both Spain and Italy and this is the closest to European delights that I've found. If only I lived closer, it would be a regular stop.

The kro-nuts…omg next level. Now we have to find a place back home that compares.

Quick stop in Provo and had some extra time so we stopped in to get a treat. Greeted with friendly smiles and provided good selections. We ended up getting our treat to enjoy there and some to go. Enjoyed a chocolate cream horn and dulce de Leche cream horn as well as got a raspberry tart and Nutella kro-nut to go. The cream horns were perfect in size and not too sweet. I will drive an hour back to Provo another day to enjoy the croissants that looked amazing.

Excitement followed quickly by disappointment. I’ve had many superb croissants but I suspect the one I got here is the same you can buy at Walmart. Not crispy, heavy and dense. Seeing all the already packaged items I think they probably make very little if any of the items they sell. Usually cakes are displayed and packaged when you order. Everything was really small. The employee seemed put out to help me. No cream or sugar for coffee anywhere, you have to ask.

Quite a good selection of pastries, and the ones we tried in 2 trips were yummy. Staff is friendly. But for orders to eat there, they put everything on a single tray, no plates. Some patries are handed to you in the plastic box, like things you get from auto machines. And cheap utensiles. For the price, they should do better
