Deacon gave us amazing service. He was kind and he was smiling and he helped us even when I was making mistakes (so cool of him). He was awesome and he made us awesome Smoothies. We get Lavender and Taro with Tapioca pearls. Hits every time. Deacon made this recipe slap even more. Awesome service, Awesome environment, Awesome boba. 10/10.

The boba is usually good, but our experience this go around wasn’t so great. In the past, we’ve been able to get a mix of flavors (like brown sugar and almond or banana) and the worker said he couldn’t do that. Benefit of the doubt, maybe there was a policy change, but it was still disappointing. When we got our boba, the pearls were small and tough and the drinks weren’t sealed properly, so they spilled a lot. Additionally, it took a while to receive our order. Don’t get me wrong, it still tasted great! We love coming here and the atmosphere is awesome, but we’d love to see some changes made!

Ordered 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Drinks where great but they forgot the sandwiches had to go back and then the tomato was missing and the cheese was supposed to be mozzarella it had cheddar on it.

This boba establishment delivers a disappointing experience across the board. The severe understaffing (just one employee during a busy Saturday lunch hour) led to excessive 45-minute wait times. The dining area features poorly maintained chairs that create disruptive noise when customers move them. During my visit, a family allowed their toddler to repeatedly swivel in these chairs, producing loud, irritating squeaks throughout the space. There were also open employee only areas revealing a poorly maintained storage space with storage items blocking the hallway to the bathroom. Most importantly, the boba smoothies themselves were unimpressive, making the long wait and unpleasant atmosphere even less worthwhile. Overall, this place is not recommended due to its staffing issues, long waits, mediocre products, poor cleanliness, and poor seating maintenance.
