Delicious, large portion sizes, great food. Drinks are not all you can drink, but the food makes up for it

Favorite restaurant in Provo, have to come at least once a month. Love the regular boneless meal!

I ordered the Candy Garlic wings on Door Dash, TERRIBLE!! Such an offputting taste.

Was a little disappointed as I got the rice + chicken bowl and the rice was sopping wet, soggy, and mushy. It made the chicken a soggy mess as well. The tables and floor were dirty, it was not busy at 2pm. Employees seemed to be indifferent and a little "out of it". Will not be coming back.

Bok Bok is phenomenal! Stellar service. We got there as they were closing but the shift manager insisted she get us fed. They didn’t complain at all and cheerfully prepped everything to get our food ready. So impressed with their service. Food shmacked too. We’ll definitely be back!

We were drawn by the cute pixel chicken sign on the side of the building but when we entered the staff acted like we were a nuisance for coming in at 12pm. The tables were dirty and since one even had a dead fly on it I assume they weren’t wiped at all that morning. We ordered and when we received our food nothing was like the pictures in the windows. I wasn’t expecting a beautifully plated meal but the tots had no sauce, the cabbage was stingy and soggy and the chicken was mid at best. The “house sauce” was just sweet chili sauce as well. Plus they were “out” of sandwiches and pot stickers which I understand the pot stickers but the sandwich uses the same components as the other entrees so it’s poor management to be out of bread after you just opened. All in all I was not impressed and ended up throwing out a good portion of food. Also the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Never coming here again.

Five wings for 12 dollars, the menu online no longer matches the menu in the stores prices.

That being said I’ve always loved the flavor and the workers are nice, Its starting to settle in that I cant afford what I was used to.

Pretty delicious food! Love the double fry on the chicken! Sauce was delicious! Fries were honestly average and nothing super special about them.

Everything was good up until we had their Candy Garlic Chicken, it was too much garlic sauce, not enough chicken, making the chicken hard to eat because of the overwhelming amount of garlic taste in you’re head. It was like someone had dunked my head in the sauce because I couldn’t get the smell or taste out for a while

My family and I visited to give this place a chance. Within the first 30 seconds, my gut said to leave. The dining room gave off the vibe that it was unkept. We decided to order anyway. Most of the orders were ok, but I hope that I can put this clearly as a chicken sandwich connoisseur. I'm from Georgia and grew up in the south. I was raised on fried chicken. The chicken at this place was so overcooked and dry that I could barely bite through it. I took it back to the counter and asked for a sandwich cooked properly. Gracefully, the cashier agreed. The second sandwich was the same. I can say that we will not return. If you want a better sandwich, go to Klucks or even Popeyes.

Wow. Shockingly bad.

The candy garlic boneless wings were utterly horrible. So much sauce the wings got soggy really fast and the flavor was just… yuck. Like sugar and gasoline.

The house seasoning on the chicken sandwich was ok, not the stuff of nightmares like candy garlic, but nothing exciting. Definitely will not order again.
