Food is good. There were a few errors on my order, and one time the chicken was rubbery because I waited 45 minutes to pick it up (my fault) (they gave me a free meal on my next visit ?) I’ve been to this place three times, and one of the three times it was successful. The other time they got my order wrong because they were out of bone in wings. I think that was just a misunderstanding tho. All in all I do love their chicken, and I recommend this place. It is a tiny bit overpriced in my opinion, and the combos do not come with a drink. If it came with a drink I can justify the cost. The combo needs to come down to around $10-$11 or $12 including a drink. However I will continue to come back. They do have GLUTEN FREE fried chicken (house sauce is not gluten free tho). There garlic sauce is tho.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

The food is delicious! Their seasonings are pretty good. My husband and I used to come here frequently, but haven’t been in a while so we decided to go again. They had increased their prices by quite a bit while also seemingly decreasing their portion sizes in their regular chicken. Not to mention skimping on the sauces:( We were very disappointed that a meal for the two of us was $50.

Friendly service and the food was good. I left it at 4-stars, as I shared the chicken wings and normally it would be a struggle to get any back, but most only ate one or two. Maybe it was the house sauce that was less appealing. The fries were crispy and above average. The chicken sandwich was my personal favorite, although normally it would have been the chicken wings.
I really like this place, the employees were very kind. I ask for the boneless snow chicken and the house sauce.

All hail Bok Bok, the hero of the Provo dining scene!Boneless chicken with house sauce and a side of fries (which are battered and perhaps double fried?). Mmmmmmm. I'm glad moved to Canada, because if I still lived in Provo I think it'd be easier just to let them take money right from my bank account. If there was a $400 month subscription to Bok Bok I'd consider it
Best chicken place in Utah! Perfectly cooked food- great amount of crispy, quality chicken, amazing amount of breading. Delicious sauce. Fun local mural inside.

I used to come here quite often, as I really enjoyed the flavor of the house sauce. I took a break for a few months because I didn’t feel like the portions were commensurate with the prices.Well, I returned this last week not only to find that the portions are the same—if not a bit smaller—but the prices have increased 20%. The regular size house chicken (previously $9.99) is now $11.99, and the large size (which I resorted to ordering since the portions aren’t great) was previously $18.99 and is currently $22.99.If the quality or portion size increased, the price increases would be justified. But unfortunately, it is now a great waste of money. Go next door to Koko Lunchbox and get Bulgogi instead.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or more if you go during the lunch hour. The food is good but they are understaffed and can’t keep up.
