We traveled around the state of Utah and this was one of our groups favorites places. Some of the best sushi I've had, for some of the best prices. It's a small little place, but easy to see how it's the highest rated sushi place in Provo.

This is my second visit to bonsai, and I had a much better experience. I ordered the rock ‘n’ roll without the tempura crunchies for pick up. I don’t like deep-fried things in my sushi. It was excellent! The fish was fresh and delicious, the roll was reasonably priced and the service was prompt. I will definitely be back.
