Best sushi in Provo!! The Bonsai and Dragon are my favorite! The service was also great! They helped me decide what to get, first time coming in and definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend the Bonsai if you want something different the taste is phenomenal!!

Respectfully we will not eat here again. My wife bought 2 rolls , one of them had 2 pieces of hair inside the sushi. When she called to notify the restaurant, they interrogated her for 20min trying to tell her it was her own hair…very frustrated and dissatisfied.

We come here as often as we can and have never ever been disappointed!! We absolutely love the Cuban, and this time we got Atlantic and Texan too, and they all sent us straight to sushi Heaven. The workers are also always so nice and quick! The price is totally worth how much they give you.

I love Bonsai! Their sushi is delicious and so fresh. I normally order takeout, and my roll has always been ready in under 10 minutes. All of their rolls are fairly priced. My favorite is the Vegas roll.
I bought 6 cups of bubble tea and received them in two boxes, 4 cups in one and 2 in another. When I got home and was unloading the drinks, the box with 2 cups wasn’t properly sealed and everything spilled. We noticed that one of the lids in the box with 4 cups was just placed on top, not sealed. Please make sure to properly close the lids. If you’re buying, double-check that everything is sealed before leaving, don’t rely solely on the staff. The bubble tea was also too sweet for my taste. If you like very sweet drinks, go for it. If not, now you know.

Listen, to walk in and take a look around you would fairly assume that it’s going to be less-than-great BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG! This little, tucked away gem is quite possibly THE BEST sushi I have ever had (and I have eaten sushi everywhere!) We have abandoned all our other sushi places and exclusively come here. I cannot recommend it enough! My only complaint would be that they serve sodas from the can and not a fountain. Otherwise, superb!
