I was with my family and friends, there were about 11 of us, and they asked us to leave because there was a soccer team or some other sports team, and we should leave because the team was more important than us. I didn't like that part, but the place is good for eating.

Did you know there is an unlimited pasta bar? Whaaat? You can go the traditional route and do the pizza, but the is also the extensive salad bar. You can take a single pass at the salad bar or go for the buffet style. On our visit, a Saturday afternoon, it was moderately busy, no wait. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered pizzas and single salad bar. Upon viewing the salad bar, it's more of a buffet, with full salad bar options plus fruit, plus dessert, including pudding and cookies. Very kid friendly. Only miss in my book was the white sauce on my pizza was not sufficient to keep it moist. Was a bit dry going down. I went to the salad bar and grabbed a little cup of ranch to wash it down. Overall, was a good experience and will be back.

I had lunch there today with a group of friends. The people at the front were awesome. I told them I was a pizza snob. The GM was adorable and wanted a critique of the pizza. I’m from New York and in my opinion, there is no better pizza than New York. Pizza here was excellent and the service was phenomenal. I think his name was JD, he was awesome. On top of his game. A real asset to the establishment. This was my first time there and will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

*DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE*
We waited an hour for our food to be delivered to our house. The girl who took down our order was either a new hire or an absolute klutz. Either way, the manager should take whoever was on phone duty at 5:30 PM on 08/13/25 and get her cleaning bathrooms instead. She took the longest time getting down our order and information and then somehow loses that information and has us give it to her a second time (address, name, phone number, credit card info and all). About 10 minutes later they call us back saying that they needed our information again for a third time! We wait another 40 minutes before we call again to see why the pizza hasn't arrived yet. The guy who answers the phone seems disorientated and says he doesn't see our order and puts us on hold to talk to someone who actually knows what they're doing. He comes back and tells us that we'll get 50% off our order and that the delivery guy is (finally) on his way. We wait another 10-15 minutes (an hour since we first made our order) and the guy finally comes with our pizzas. He then hands us two $20 vouchers...not a 50% refund...vouchers...to the same place that we've just had a terrible experience ordering from. So now we've spent $80 on two pizzas to be delivered an hour after we ordered and a $40 incentive to go back to a place we don't want to ever go back to. Pizza was good, service was worse than a run down Mcdonalds but because they at least showed an effort to correct their massive mistake with the vouchers I gave thema whopping 2 stars instead of 1. Would NOT recommend even if it was the only pizza place left in the state.

Brick oven has the potential to make extremely good pizzas. Their dough, and the way they cook the pizza is just extremely sub par pizza. They could be making large delicious pies New York style that knock your socks off with that old brick oven. But instead they’re making mediocre, doughy, undercooked and sloppy pizzas that just don’t hit the spot. Lucy’s in Orem doesn’t even have a beautiful brick oven like these guys, and their pies are significantly better.
Such a fun place and honestly not too busy they got us in right away. The ice cold root beer is the thing to order.

2nd time here today and wonder why I haven’t been there more often before! Especially with the great service Jarrett R gave me and the 4 others and a baby! He was great at making sure we were topped off on drinks and enjoying the food! (Though the pasta sizes were a bit silly) BUT it is all you can eat so you can just keep going to try something new! Definitely plan to come here again :)
