Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Provo UT

Hands down the best ice cream I have ever had! It's flavorful, rich, creamy and super smooth. They don't skimp on the mix ins either. And their drinking chocolate is incredible. But beware. It's so rich you will probably get a stomachache if you drink it all by yourself!

It's well worth the visit!

Just found one of my top favorite ice cream parlors - Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream! Feels like a step back in time when you first walk. The ice cream flavors are named after various founding figures in early American history. However, the flavors are innovative (revolutionary?) versions of classic flavors and are delicious. Perhaps a little more pricey than store bought ice cream, but less than most gourmet ice creams, and definitely worth it. I got a sampler and really enjoyed the tastes, texture and variety they offer. The service was exceptional! I’ll be back again when I am back in Provo!

experience abt a 6/10 kinda boring , workers were juss quiet which is chill ig. flavor was abt lika 8/10 deff liked the campfire for the chocolate. water was like a 4/10 warm nd not too crisp some might say lol. the stocks was a 10/10 felt captain jack sparrow for a coo 30 seconds. 5 stars jus for the hell of it

Brilliant idea for an ice cream shop!! I am a chocoholic. Ice cream shops usually disappoint me. NOT BROOKER'S. SEVEN, SEVEN flavors of chocolate ice cream!! They have this freaking cool thing: A Flight of Ice Cream! The names of flavors are all figured from history and delicious!! This is a great example of doing something, and doing it spectacularly!!
Derek deserves to be a manager! He is a great brand ambassador and worked the entire time we were in the shop.

Ice cream tavern! This place has the atmosphere of an early American tavern, complete with music and employee costumes. The ice cream is the best I’ve had in a long time, and the names on the menu are amazing!

The ice cream tastes amazing, and I love the tavern vibe! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the store has water cups and a tap available for active to use. Will be coming back soon!

Hilarious icecream flavor names, even better employees! My favorites have been Mari and then a while ago a guy named Andrew! Both very fun, love them and this ice cream! My 2nd favorite place after Rockwells.
