Great Ice Cream! I really enjoyed my experience at cold stone but don’t know why the outside said basken Robbins
They are the Willy Wonka of ice cream. They come out with amazing flavors and make sure to change up some of them often so you never get tired of going!
Parking: Always enough parking.
Kid-friendliness: Very happy and light atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground, easy to roll up

Just a note for everyone looking for vegan or dairy-free options:
This place may advertise themselves as having “dairy free” or “vegan” ice cream, but they DO NOT have it in stock.

Natonya, I think that’s her name, at least that’s what it said on her necklace, did not give good service, and was not friendly. The guy working with her was great though, he was able to split my quart vertically. This place has really gone downhill.

Heavenly, sooooo worth a drive !
only problem you have to eat it a bit faster because it melts faster than the ice cream we usually get that has antifreeze in it.

The ice cream was great, but service was the worst I have ever had!!!! We stood out front for 5-10 min screaming to see if anybody was working and after maybe 10 min he finally showed up. It was 3:45pm

I crave their banana sundaes! I love that they are interchangeable with different toppings or Ice cream flavors. The icecream is good and the staff is *usually* friendly. However, last time (this past saturday) the girl that was working at the window looked miserable and bored. I had asked for a cookie dough ice cream instead of the chocolate scoop, and a marshmallow syrup instead of pineapple. I was given the chocolate ice cream anyway. While the pineapple was left off, there was no marshmallow in its place. She shut the window real fast after handing the icecream to me, cutting me off from asking about the obvious chocolate scoop. Not a great experience. Even my husband commented on her rudeness. It just wasn't worth trying to get her attention again if she was going to be that way. I ate around it and threw the chocolate scoop out.

I love their ice cream! Definitely the best in town, but a little disappointed that my scoops were so small when I paid for a regular. See the photos in my review, both were regulars. I went to the counter and the girl just looked at me and shrugged... And told me "it's okay." ?

We love coming here! I’ve never had a flavor I didn’t like and the flavor rotation makes it a bit like playing ice cream roulette - you never know what exactly is going to be on the menu, but it’s always something good.

I think the ice cream used to be better - now it seems to be air whipped so they can extend it further, and the scoops are also smaller or maybe that was just tonight as I have not been there since December. One of the gross things for a person like me who does not like people touching their food is the high school help handled the waffle cone with his hands. Why can’t food service workers use gloves? Couldn’t help but think he hasn’t washed his hands all day and ended up throwing away the extra priced cone.

Met the owners, Kylie and Jeff, at their farmers market booth in Springville a few times this last summer. So friendly and helpful! One thing I highly value in businesses is customer experience. They were very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations. And… the kids wanted to keep coming back for more! Stop in and they’ll take care of you!

Locally owned is what I support. Ice cream was great and I found out they make it fresh themselves. COME BRING ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS
