Shake very runny. Didn’t even taste the coffee flavor in it at all. The gummy worms on the sundae were very hard. Disappointed from the last time I came here years ago. This place has changed. Low quality, high price. No value

My wife and I love this place. She's definitely got some bias having grown up around Brusters. But they also make her favorite cotton candy explosion ice cream, which is by far the best version I've had. I've recently tried their small selection of Italian Ice, which was equally as satisfying. Highly recommend trying Brusters.

There's only one place to go on those hot summer afternoons to cool down after a hike over at Rock Canyon Trailhead. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I head over to Bruster's Real Ice Cream conveniently located just down the street near our Walmart Neighborhood Grocery. You'll fall in love with the first bite every time.

The ice cream was actually delicious and satisfying, the customer service was lacking! She took our order and slowly got them out to us, without giving us spoons. Then she took her boyfriend’s order in between getting our order out to us, while also just talking on her phone taking her sweet time. The kid who got their ice cream first was finished by the time we got the last ice cream for our family. Super slow and awful service.

The first time I went here I ordered birthday cake and it had FROSTING in the ice cream!! It was the best birthday cake ice cream I've ever had. I looked up their menu today and they didn't HAVE that flavor, but when they do... I'll be back.

If there was a way to put 6 or 7 stars, I would! This place outperforms all others and always has amazing seasonal flavors to try. I love it so much that I don’t even enjoy other ice cream places as much anymore. Brusters can take a flavor and perfectly embody it in the ice cream! Also, Tiewa is an amazing manager there and treats you well every time

The cookie dough ice cream tasted like unsalted butter and not in a good way. We liked the mudslide ice cream, but the brownie bites in it kind of tasted stale. The service was great, and the girl was really nice. Big portion sizes though!
