If I could give this place negative stars I would. We had a gift card and she made us type it in like a million times and then said “we don’t take gift cards” like what? No respect for the customer. They were nice but not helpful at all and left us standing at the check out for like 15 mins. Horrible experience and I truly love Burger King so that’s saying something

I hope the owner sees this: we live near this Burger King, so we have come here often/consistent enough to know that the employees deliberately shut down the ice cream machine to save on closing time. I bet you will see trends in your data showing when they stop selling ice cream products (pay attention to which lead is on staff those days)

Last night I was having the worst night and Kim was amazing!! So nice and genuine got my very particular order right on the first try!!! She was wonderful I hope she is truly appreciated for all she does. Thank you so much!! You made a bad day so much better!!

Place is trash drive thrue wait time is flat out stupid 30 minute wait time they hire lazy incompetent people no wonder why bk looks abandoned dont go there place is the worst i ended up leaving after 20 minutes in drive thrue

I gave it a 1 because at Burger King you're supposed to "Have it Your Way". I ordered a Whopper Jr and asked for heavy onions. They ended up charging me an extra buck without telling me beforehand. What ever happened to "Have it Your Way"?. So much for good customer service. Another one bites the dust....

We ordered the Classic Royal Crispy Chicken, Chicken Jr., Whopper, fries, onion rings, Oreo shake, chocolate shake, and Hershey pie. I'm not sure what was going on with the buns, but they were oddly discolored, which heightened the taste buds and had the whole thing tasting bland and overcooked. Almost like it was left out for the day before being wrapped and served. Fries and onion rings were meh. The shakes and pie were great, and honestly, the only reason to go to any Burger King is for dessert.

The cashier was patient with my kids who all had to sweep over the menu for five minutes before making up their mind and ordering, for which I appreciate. She was a bright spot at this location. The bathrooms had me feeling like I was in a trashy New York subway, and the toilet paper holder and sink need some serious maintenance. My advice, don't use the bathroom unless it's dire.

If I'm going to "Have it [My] Way," I'm going to pass on this location.

Natasha the drive through lady is very nice and welcoming . When we pull up to the drive through she sings the BK have it your way song . And it was actually pretty cool and cute . She does a great job
