Had an issue with another Burger King location and they corrected the other location’s problem even though they never did anything wrong. They were very understanding and nice. Customer service was great! Will come here again even though the other Burger King is much closer I am never going to the Orem one again.

Worst BK ever. UPDATE! : Since I reviewed this BK location as the worst BK ever, I have, unfortunately, discovered that the BK on 82nd Ave in Portland OR is, in fact, the worst BK ever. Even though I highly recommend that you hastily avoid this BK location with extreme prejudice, I am cautiously upgrading my review of this BK location to the status of 2nd worst BK ever.

Brad the manager is so amazing! He always makes my night. Super friendly and personable. He always puts something extra if there's a wait, but it's never that long of a wait. Always goes above and beyond. He is such a homie and I hope he knows he's appreciated. Also food's always great and nice to have after a long night at work.
