It isn't often I find a restaurant with more problems than this one. Their service is horrible more times than not and to witness management verbally abuse their staff with such vulgarity shouldn't be acceptable under any circumstances. With that said, I've not witnessed a level of ineptitude from the staff as bad as here.I also don't understand how this restaurant can lock their lobby doors so much earlier than their posted hours indicate. I really don't understand how this location still operates.

Vegetarian options: Salads impossible burgers they have even made me a meatless whopper.Dietary restrictions: It’s BK have it your way bun no bun wraps impossible am or pm.Parking: Plenty of parking in the big long parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have all their crowns ready for the picking when the kids come in to order. Very kid friendly crew.Wheelchair accessibility: They handicap parking with a ramp.

Warning!! Might not want to come here. Both card machine were broken and there was a sign on the door saying their Fryer was broken also. Also the employees seemed too busy singing a dancing around to help me. ???

Not only this location has gone down the drain but. When you go and order at 230PM and dont have change for a hundred shows how much business they getting. ( Cash was my form of payment i do have card ) Only reason BK keeps on pulling costumers in its cause who can pass a visit with as many coupons they send by mail.2nd issue employee refused to take my second separate order cause. So McDonald's had to grab my business since BK couldn't.

I need to say I would give them 0 stars if their quality wasn't good here. I consistently get good quality food from this location so I enjoy coming here. However the drive thru is way to slow. Have 4 people in line is equivalent to having 12 people in a Chick-fil-A line.I'm finally decided to submit a review in hopes for a change.There were 5 cars in front of me. After I ordered my wife decided she wanted food. I was going to drive around again and make another order but it was taking too long so I suggested running to Wendy's that was next door. She was able to walk in, order a meal, then walk back into my car... and I had only moved up 2 cars.I watched the clock after that and figured I was in line for almost 15-20 mins. That's just not good. I hope that will change because it just deters me from wanting to go back

Had to repeat my order 2 times when I was at the window, waiting g for the order. This is ridiculous. They where not even busy. I would have given the m a zero star if possible. Don't waist your time at this location. Customer service is really bad.

It took 30 minutes to order and get my food inside. Only one other person ahead of me. Who had already ordered and it was one burger. On top of that, an older lady (I'm guessing the manager) chewed out a new employee for messing up an order in front of everyone. She was also slowly walking around chatting. Very unprofessional. The bun for my whopper was dry/old, and I'll never get the mozzarella sticks again. Terrible. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this wasn't a good experience in the slightest.

Super disappointed. We went through. No one was in front of us in line but it took several minutes to take our order. We ordered one Bacon King Meal and a Bacon King just the sandwich (no bun). They ran my card and did not give or even offer a receipt. Which I didn’t think much of until the food was such a disappointment. We waited a few minutes for our food. The fries weren’t hot or even warm, they were COLD. (Even if the fries were old they should have been under a heat lamp). The burgers both had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on them. The no bun burger had no sauce on it of on the side, and one of the patties was cold! Super dissatisfied
