This classic old-style burger joint has been around since before my parents attended BYU. The menu has lots of classic options (and a few unexpected ones), but the burgers are especially good. I love the pastrami burger (a Utah staple), and their fries and fry sauce are top notch, but a more traditional style than what you'll typically find at modern fast food chains (which is a good thing). They also offer half price on regular burgers and cheeseburgers after 8:30 pm, which is an incredible deal for students. Lines can be long in the evenings (because of all the students), and it's usually really busy, but that's a great indicator of how good the food is, and wait times are still surprisingly short. This place is a Provo icon, and will probably still be here serving great food when my grandchildren attend BYU.

Best chocolate malts in the Milky Way Galaxy! If you’re young, you may not know about malts. You may think chocolate shakes are good. But no! Chocolate malts are way better than chocolate shakes. Also you should try the fried pickles with fry sauce.

I generally love going to this place. However, when I went through the drive through at 915, they said they did not do shakes through the drive through after 10. I then told her we had been waiting in the drive through for 40 minutes and the Lady at the microphone said that sucks. So I sent someone inside and they then said they would not do shakes for us because they were behind on orders. Not good business.

Great food. Great service, great prices. Went in before a football game and watched the basketball game on their big screens. Place was so busy , customers lined up it the door. They handled it well and service was fast! Has the golden burger with pastrami and sweet potato fries was delicious. Clean bathrooms. Great seating for different size groups. Uplifting atmosphere. Great choice and would recommend to others

I got an order to go and asked for fry sauce and there was none in my bag and no straw or spoon for my shake.

30 minutes in the drive thru. I started timing it after 5 minutes and we sat in the drive-thru for 30 whole minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting to order. Once we got to the speaker and got our food, it was about 5 minutes. When I got to order, the order taker was rude and then at the window, I saw the cooks standing around. Made us late for our appointments. The food was pretty good but the fries were soggy.

We went on an extremely busy night and there were still plenty of seats. Tons of cars at the drive-thru but we still got our food quickly in the dining area. I always buy a kids burger because it's plenty for me. Their onion rings are amazing. We had family who moved away come visit and the one place they said they wanted to go was Burger Supreme.
