Ice cream is good but the place is old and grimey - take it to go
Best ice cream on the planet!
Good neighborhood store
Great food and delicious icecream.
Best ice cream on the planet!!
Great Ice cream, get the kids meal, it's the size of a normal meal for half the price
Nostalgia runs wild here for alums.
Really good ice cream and friendly enviroment:) didnt try the food
carter and drew are the best !!
Really good food and ice cream. The kids meal is an awesome deal!
Just one recommendation to have the employees informed on allergies. I asked about an allergy menu and which foods contained dairy, and none of them knew. I later found it online, but it would be nice to have it in store and especially to have employees up to date with this information, or at the very least able to tell customers how to find the allergen menu. It would also be awesome to see some dairy free ice creams.

BYU Classic store with famous Cougar burgers and ice cream.
Yummy! Chocolate milk is the best
I frequent the creamery quite a bit these days because of their excellent prepared meals, sandwiches and of course their dairy. However, there have been too many times recently where I see dogs brought into this store. We have no idea if these animals are properly dewormed or not and they could be shedding parasites and most certainly hair onto the food. The Creamery and BYU really needs to crack down on these dog owners and specify that only certified service animals should be allowed to enter a food establishment. Please enforce this policy for the health and safety of your customers. The dog owners can always take their dogs to the dog parks or other open spaces around town, we don't need to be served unhygienic food.
The happening place at BYU campus. You could not find a better ice cream place then this joint. I recommend getting the kids meal because it is a value pack. For about $6 you get a cheeseburger, fries, ice cream, and soda. I would recommend this place to anyone
The burgers were huge and delicious!
