This place is the bomb for best BYU creamery ice cream. Had the strawberry which was mouth watering & completely tended to my sweet tooth. Staff are excellent, friendly customer service types. Great for local info.

Heavenly ice cream and a mint brownie replaced lunch today for us. I wish we had their ice cream in Arizona.
Very good cozy atmosphere. Helpful staff, who were friendly to me, the other customers and each other. The ice cream was tasty. I also got sunflower seeds and chips.

Visiting from out of town and was told I needed to stop here for the ice cream. It didn’t disappoint. I tried the Graham Canyon and Campfire Cookie flavors. I would recommend others to stop here for ice cream. I didn’t try the food but heard it isn’t bad either.
Like a mini grocery store for the college
We've heard about the BYU Creamery due to its reputation from those who have been there. Most of them have raved about the ice cream there. So as we were in Provo that day, we decided to give it a try. We ordered a couple of sundaes, and found that the Creamery's reputation is indeed well deserved. Every aspect of the ice cream sundaes we had was excellent. Will have to stop by again on future visits to Provo.
The ice cream here is very good, just like at any creamery. I really appreciated their allergen guide for their ice creams. The allergen guide was very helpful! However when I went to order fast food from the grill, they had no idea what was in anything and weren’t knowledgeable or helpful at all. Could definitely improve in their knowledge of gluten and gluten free, as well as other allergies and food sensitivities. Obviously it’s a small student-run fast food eatery, but if they had an allergen list for items you can buy at the grill that would help many people. I felt awkward as I had to ask for ways I could have my burger gluten free or bunless and it took a few options and another employee coming over for us to figure out that they could put the burger on a bed of lettuce (not sure why lettuce wraps aren’t a thing here yet???). The ice cream and burger patty I had were good and the fries didn’t seem so much fried as they did blanched or boiled. The timer on the fryer might be off, or the employees may have been new, but I’ve had really good fries at the creamery in the past. Hoping this review can help improve trainings at the Creamery and create a safer place to eat out for people with food allergies! Go cougars.
Great mini grocery store for Heleman Halls residents. It's like a .2 minute walk from the dorms and had a good selection of things students need. Their ice cream and grill are also very top tier. Staff is always friendly, and makes going there a great experience.
Good place for groceries, grill items, and icecream whenever you just want a pick-me-up sometime
Great burgers and ice cream. Enjoy the energy of young scholars taking a break.

overpriced for ice cream scoops.

It's great, just sometimes slow during certain times of day
This Creamery almost tops the CONE, simply because it's so small and cozy. They do have a smaller selection but that's expected because they have limited shelf space.
Love it
