Pretty good for me. Would only recommend mud slide and chocolate chip though. The rest are dry and not as fresh. The cosmocookie is super good. The steamed milk is hit and miss, because one time it was room temperature.

The cookie I purchased tasted super bad. I think rancid butter was used and the cookie had been in the warmer for a little to long.

The boba pearls were semi hard meaning they were not fresh. Unlikely to return

I see there are some saying they don’t cook them all the way but I’m personally a fan of gooey cookies, but all three times I’ve been here they were cooked well. My now wife and I came here on a date once, good cheap date idea.

The cookie tasted like fridgeburn, and it was hard to eat, it also took a while to be made

I went to Milk and Cookies to get Boba, but sadly they were card only. Luckily the lady working there was very kind and told me how to get cougar cash to buy the Boba. She was very kind, and it tasted GREAT!

Took my kiddo bowling and decided to get a little treat after. This was our first time! There was a note on the counter that said ring the bell for service. After ringing the bell a girl came out from the back acting annoyed that we were there. I said "hi and she responded with "what do you need". I ordered 2 cookies. A chocolate mint for me and a sugar cookie for my son (he does not like chocolate). The lady put a dripping chocolate cookie in a box. Then with that chocolate covered spatula grabbed my son's sugar cookie. My son could not eat his cookie it was covered in chocolate. I am not sure if the chocolate cookie was not fully cooked or if they added a lot of chocolate syrup in the middle but it was a dripping pile of mush. I could not pick it up. When I tried it was just batter with a little crist on top .
Poor service with a poor attitude and Undesirable Cookies.
On the bright side. It is a beautiful and fun Atmosphere. Perfect location and cute decor.

Their cookies were ok, chips and crumbl are better but their specialty milk were good, they also have boba drinks!

Cookie was undercooked and completely raw in the middle, but they did have it ready to go super quick (probably because they didn’t waste any time cooking it)

I paid 5$ for a cup full of ice. This was extremely disappointing. It was only a few sips of drink and I couldn’t even drink the boba because it was crushed and weighed down by all of the ice. It was a good drink but I don’t enjoy feeling like I completely wasted my money and did not get what I paid for.

I love this place! The area is super cozy and welcoming. Service was prompt and sweet! The employee had a smile the whole time while helping me. The pricing is great, considering how massive the cookie is! My cookie was absolutely delicious!!! It was thoroughly cooked through, only the barely gooey in the middle, which I love! I am a huge Crumbl fan, and I would say Milk and Cookies is just as good… or even better!!! The cookie was wayyy bigger than expected (almost the size of my whole hand)! I loved every single bite.

Had these cookies four times now and I’m tired of raw cookies, especially the lemon. Do not get the lemon cookie! I bought some for a group yesterday who will eat pretty much any sweets and most of these were left untouched because of being undercooked and slathered with way too much frosting on top. PB bar does not need more peanut butter on top. A thin layer of chocolate would be perfect.

When you were a child, did you ever get to play with an easy-bake oven? My sister had one, bright pink plastic with a light bulb inside to heat the food. Of course it couldn't effectively cook anything, but we could pretend. I'm so glad the employees at Milk and Cookies get to live that childhood experience even into their college years, but unfortunately that comes at the expense of the customer. The cookies are literally raw. I've eaten at Crumbl and Chip, so I know what an underdone cookie tastes like. To call these cookies underdone would be like calling a live cow medium rare steak. The yolks in the batter still pulsate with infantile energy. Just holding one of the cookies in my hand resulted in more heat transfer than what must have occurred in the oven. If you enjoy cookie ingredient soup, this is the place for you.

This place is a cute concept, but executed terribly. The prices are way too high (almost $4 for a cookie). I've had it 3 times, one year apart each, and every single time the cookie is raw in the middle. It was complete goo, but each time (apparently forgetting the last), I decided to just eat it and felt sick after. I always get them and go, so no chance to return and ask for a refund or exchange. Please learn how to cook these all the way! Sheesh. Done coming here.
