Food is ok but man the portions are very small and kind of expensive for what you get.

Love zupas in general, but this one is unbelievably slow. Usually always messes up my online order

Came for dinner. It was BUSY. We were told all of our food would have to be in To-Go containers as they didn’t have any dishes. Sat down to eat and noticed the trash was full as were all the bus bins. That is fair, they are busy. But then we noticed management came and sat down during a dinner rush to do scheduling. And the trash kept getting bigger. And the dishes were still not washed. And the poor workers working were still busting their butts. Food was great. Staff was great. But I was embarrassed about this. It is right next to the soda. And the clean utensils. And there was no where for people to clean up their tables so they could sit down. And management continued to sit at the table as customers walked by shaking their heads at them and piling the trash higher. As a manager myself at a different establishment, this is disappointing and I would not work here for them. So sad.

Zupas is wonderful! It has a great environment and the food is AMAZING! I just wish they would ask a bit more how I like my food prepared and take less time to prepare it since I am always waiting in line for food. But other than that, I love Cafe Zupas!

Cafe Zupas is my go to Restaurant in Provo for soups and natural sandwiches. They have a variety of options with fresh ready to eat ingredients at a very reasonable price.

Cafe Zupas has been my go to Restaurant for soups and fresh natural sandwiches. I come once a week to enjoy my favorite plates and even though at times I have to wait a little in the line the food and the quality of the service never disappoints.

My tomato basil soup was a little more chunky than usual. Everything else was great.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't go in because it was too crowded in there for a wheelchair to get through the line.

Utah has great recommendations! I really enjoy the atmosphere and it's still reasonably priced when you consider in tip for restaurants. Overall great vibe and really enjoyed the selection and taste as an added benefit! Thanks!

If you're someone who loves soups, salads, and sandwiches like I do, Zupas is the spot for you. I was happy to have found a great alternative to Elephant's Delicatessen, Portland.

Waited 20 extra minutes for them to make my order and of course it's the wrong order. They screw up my order just as much as McDonald's
