Horrible wait times for mobile orders. Even when no one was in the restauraunt, they were still almost 10 min late, and when it was made, they set it aside without even calling it out or putting it on the counter.

Received a $5 off voucher but it didn't work online so I had to buy in person.
Anyway I'm in line to get my meal and I say I want the taco and they immediately put cheese directly on the tortilla without even asking me and I can't take it off cuz it's directly on my tortilla so it's ok ig and then I ask for chicken and they ask what other toppings I want so I say beans and then they start putting lettuce and pico on it for some reason and I quickly tell them to stop but they still put lettuce on which is ok cuz at least I like lettuce and then they put on my beans and keep in mind I have 3 spots for sides and I filled one with beans and one with chips and then they didn't even ask me to put on another side and I was too embarrassed at this point to ask for it so it was just mid. Waste of a voucher.

Service was quick. Biggest issues was that they made my to-go order with flour tortillas instead of corn (despite putting it in the order and saying it was for an allergy) so I couldn’t eat my meal.

Food is alright if they understand you. Went to this location and after failing to be understood showed them what I wanted on my phone in plain text. They still got the order wrong.

The food is fine, but recently tried a place called sonoroa and their Mexican food is on another level. They didn't mess up my order either. Again, that's SONORA. In Provo. Way better than these amateurs.

Got there at 8:50 when they close at 10 they were out of guacamole, limes, cilantro, horchata, that isn't even the worst part we sit down and the ranch was gross like it had turned sour and the queso tasted like it had burn in the pot over all DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION drive to south Provo it will be the best decision of your life.

This one location is consistently bad. Drink machines are frequently empty and the menu is overpriced compared to other Cafe Rios. Three times now I've left feeling underwhelmed and robbed, frankly.

I sure miss having Cafe Rio so this was my TREAT on Valentine’s Day. And look how cute their Valentine’s Day plates were! It was SCRUMPTIOUS! And, for a crazy busy day, they were very organized and streamlined.

I experienced the worst service today
I went inside to take advantage of the 2 for $20 deal. On the Facebook ad it said you can use the coupon below. When I went to check out. They told me I had to get the app
I tried doing the app, it wasn't working. I tried doing it online. It was making me order everything, but I already had my food. The cashier ignored me completely. I asked her for the manager again twice. The cashier only said she's here and didn't go get the manager. The manager had walked by again at one point on the phone. She never came back to check or help me. So I left, the food sitting on the tray. It shouldn't be that hard to use a deal going on and it was frustrating that I was completely ignored when I was asking for help. Do better!

Restaurant is dirty and for the last six months, they’ve been reducing their portion size and removing things from the menu as well as reducing their large drink size from 32 ounces down to 16/20 ounces. Used to be a great place to eat for fresh food. They’re moving downhill fast. Serving and prep area was dirty employees lethargic, and unwilling to be engaging and ask an answer questions or make things right. Services slow and sloppy. I’d like to think this was only at this restaurant, but actually both restaurants in Provo and the one in Vineyard all have the same problem.
