Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Ordered a “bowl” via the app for pickup. Added street corn to my order. When picking up my order street corn wasn’t in my order. Either were the other things I had ordered on the side for my dish: cheese, dressing, fajita veggies, tortilla, lime. It was all listed on the receipt that came with my order so it’s obviously a lack of attention to details by the employees. I had to ask for them each when I picked up my order. This is not the first time I have had things missing from my app order. Pretty sure I will not pickup from this location again.

Food is good, but don’t try to order anything using the phone app or your phone browser. The button to customize certain items cannot be accessed. You can’t scroll up or rotate the screen—those fixes don’t work. So if you want a salad, for example, you’ll have to order it in person or on your computer. The app designers failed miserably on this one. It definitely puts me off wanting to order Cafe Rio again.

I placed a $200 order for my office on the website, went in, picked up, brought it back only to realize that they “missed” handing me THREE burritos. Plus, another 2 salads that were made incorrectly. I had to drive back and ask for what I was missing and remake one of the salads. The burritos they simply missed handing them to me earlier, then I asked for their house dressing and the lady kept looking at my receipt to see if they “owed” me those. LADY! YOU MADE ME COME BACK HERE BECAUSE YOU SCREWED UP!! Apologize, hand me the damn dressing and call it a day! In the economy we’re living now a days, be grateful you have customers! Treat them right!!

Whenever I travel and see a Cafe Rio, I always make it a point to stop by. I found this particular location to be wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Used the catering, it was awesome.

First-time visitor. I ordered a tostada and drink, which was their Wednesday special. The food was fresh, and the portion generous. A good value.

The girls serving the food were annoyed. Served just a small portion and were extremely rude also didn't even acknowledge that I had a code to pay after scanning it, they acted as they didn't realize or care about serving people, asked for more rice and beans cause literally served a super small portion, bad customer service

The service is terrible. They don’t even put the right amount of beef on your plate, and when you ask for a little more meat, they charge extra. They’re no longer good as they used to.

Please don’t come here, eat anywhere else!

I've been twice, both times through the drive through, both times my order was wrong and I obviously didn't notice until I got home and started eating. If you go, dine in at least so you can get the correct food.

This is ridiculous when I put in jalapeños for my order and this place just basically put the whole can of jalapenos in my plate! It was basically half a salad of barbacoa and half a plate of jalapenos! I really do hope you don’t do this to other people because this is really frustrating! I can’t even eat my food because of all the jalapenos you put into it! There was literally no salsa, not a lot of lettuce but sure is a lot of jalapenos!

In the last two years this place has come a long way. The staff is always very patient and friendly, restaurant is always clean and the food is always good and fresh.

We come here roughly once a week and love it. This is easily the best cafe Rio location and it’s not even close.
