You can never go wrong with Cafe Rio. Amazing new items on the menu to spruce up your entree! Loved the avocado salsa and fajita roasted veggies. Highly recommend. I can’t judge the service here though since we went after a graduation and it was way busier than a normal day. Still, nice folks.

Had a very bad experience at the Provo Cafe Rio today. I ordered ahead of time on the app so that it would be ready when I arrived. I arrived right on time to pick up my meal and there was a crowd surrounding the to-go area. Apparently they were behind on the web orders. I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time to receive my order. In that time, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager about the long wait, but she told me he was on the other side of the kitchen. I asked if she could flag him down for me and she said he was busy. I finally got my order - without an apology or anything. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and efficiency. Definitely don't do a web order during the lunch hour if you need to be anywhere soon.

I asked for extra lettuce on my salad and the girl was super nice and added a lot of lettuce for me. Her boss got mad at her for it though. I think she did great at impressing the customer and he could have been a little less public with her correction.
I order. 2 abanero state enchiladas. Whit extra abanero. And no rice. They give me extra rice and no abanero salsa. I pay for extra stake on a ensalada. There is no stake. I spend $55 dollars and they give me whatever they want. Works place to eat.
