All the employees are super nice and the cashier gave me a free drink because my order was delayed. I want to go back so bad!

The lady was really kind and cheerful, they got our order perfect and there was no orange with the nino quesadilla ( which I don’t like, and usually they do ) so I was very happy with the service !

As I walked into this establishment, I had a feeling of excitement as I noticed there was only one person in line, a fine young gentleman. It took them over 5 minutes to take his order alone. After taking his order all staff (all 3 of them) disappeared for around 10 minutes, just leaving he and I waiting. Maybe 7 minutes into our wait, his order fell off of the rack into the trash so it had to be remade anyway. Then finally my turn to order came, and the lady couldn't even take it as none of the items up front were stocked so she had to refill them all. By the time I got to the register to check out it had been about 20-25 minutes since I walked into the building. By the time I sat down to eat my food it was cold and soggy. The meat was undercooked and very chewy; almost gelatinous. I've loved Cafe Rio my whole life and will never stop going but this location will never see my business again.

Food always taste great but never do an online order, every time I have done one is always significantly past when it said it would be ready, first time was 30 min and this time I'm currently at 20,just go through the normal line it's way faster. I was given a free drink to compensate for the wait. Still would only go through the normal food line to get it.

Do not order take-out from this location. I ordered for a pick up time of 4:40 pm and when I arrived I was told they were still working on the order. After 10 minutes I checked in again and was told the same thing. I waited for my prepaid food for 40 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. The only thing they offered was a drink while I waited, and which I had paid for with my meal. After waiting all that time to receive my food it was cold when I got it. I will not be visit this location again.

While I was getting checked out, the register froze and they had to reset it, which took a while. In the meantime, I was apologized to and offered a free drink for having to wait. Very friendly staff and I will definately come back to the Provo location again.

They gave me extra lettuce when I asked for it and didn't shame me for wanting the lettuce.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for 3 items... enchiladas, quesadilla, and soup. Had 5 cars behind us that got their food before us. The chicken in my soup and in the quesadilla were huge..like I shredded it up 6 or 7 times to get it bite size
