I went specifically for a promo only available through the mobile app. I went up to ask the cashier if they had guest WiFi. He said he didn’t know and asked what he could get me. I explained the mobile app promo and he confirmed I would need to order it through the app then. I showed him my phone and how the screen was froze because of crappy cell signal and stated I wanted to simply place an order but I am unable to get the screen to load from bad reception. I don’t know that he ever heard anything he cared less about because he just started ahead stupidly like there was someone else behind me.. however.. no one else in the lobby anywhere!! This is why we are replacing humans with AI.. cause at least AI has WiFi

Worst Carl’s Jr ever. Other franchises are great but this location is the worst. Service is 0/10. I believe this to be a training issue because I have visited this place over the course of almost a decade and it always is bad. Staff make repeated mistakes on orders, cannot scan coupons or app discounts, run out of ingredients, and get orders wrong. As a customer I have paid more than I should have because staff cannot figure out how to apply a special that has an ad for it ON THE FRONT DOOR. Today when I asked to correct the order MARTHA gave me grief about it as if it is my fault that she made 4 separate mistakes in an order of only 4 items. Unbelievable.

Previously I wrote a good review of this place but today I will say that the staff was very inattentive and the place was dirty and although I asked the person in charge to clean the table he refused after 15 or 20 minutes he just started cleaning. My son and I had to clean with a napkin with water

Amazing play place, but it had some ketchup and lots of hand prints inside and was too tall for my 6 year old. It was nice and warm inside. The BBQ chicken sandwich was super gross because the chicken was super rubbery and the sauce was weird. Employees were friendly.

Before when I ordered at the counter they were very nice but I think they changed manager because now in the drive thru they are a little rude. Today I went at 4:30 to ask until what time it would be open for thanksgiving she told me "we will be open one more hour" and I said "that is until 5:30pm?" And she rudely told me "I said one more hour, that is, until 6pm" although I thought it was rude I thanked her and left. At 5:30pm I returned to how I had already planned with my times and when I was going to order she told me "We are already closed" and I said "but you told me very clearly that it would be open until 6" and she only said "yes but I'm already going to clean and leave". I understand that it's Thanksgiving and I really appreciate the work of the workers on this day, but she had a very bad customer service and if she had told me from the beginning that it would be closed at 5:30 I would have organized myself differently. Instead, I arrived at Carl's Jr, which is in Orem and although it was already 5:50 and they told me that they had already turned off the meat grill, they took my order and said they would turn it on again. Obviously I left a tip for those workers who really do their job well and with love. So the Carls jr in Provo left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Waiting in line for 10 full minutes with no one in the store. Cooks just speaking Spanish and staring at me. Not a hi, we'll be a sec. Nothing. They act like they don't even work here. Get rid of these kids, they don't even work. Gossiping and talking instead of caring about anything.

Wildrick Family’s Autism Closet
So this store went above and beyond. I came in a week or so ago with my autistic boy, he only ever gets a chocolate shake and fries. That day they were out of shake cups, the lady told me to come back the next day. I came in like 2 weeks later and she gave me the shake. A few second into it my boy dropped it in the play area. She gave another one no problem. She was great and super friendly.
