I had a fantastic experience at Carl's Jr. today! The service was exceptional, with excellent, friendly people. My food was fresh and hot, and there was virtually no wait time. The restaurant was also noticeably clean. Highly recommend this location!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The food was incredibly good everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. A major bonus was that there was no wait time, and hot and fresh food was brought out almost instantly. Most importantly, the staff provided genuinely great customer service; they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Ordered through the drive through. Fries tasted like old oil, burger was cold. For the price, might as well just go to Chick-fil-A down the block. Also, drive through was empty and yet they took a long time to hand me my fries burger and drink.

I went specifically for a promo only available through the mobile app. I went up to ask the cashier if they had guest WiFi. He said he didn’t know and asked what he could get me. I explained the mobile app promo and he confirmed I would need to order it through the app then. I showed him my phone and how the screen was froze because of crappy cell signal and stated I wanted to simply place an order but I am unable to get the screen to load from bad reception. I don’t know that he ever heard anything he cared less about because he just started ahead stupidly like there was someone else behind me.. however.. no one else in the lobby anywhere!! This is why we are replacing humans with AI.. cause at least AI has WiFi

I recently had lunch at the Provo Carl’s Jr on Cougar Boulevard it was a great experience. They have great food, fast friendly service and a very clean, cool dining area to enjoy your meal . Manager Elsa and her crew, Imelda, Yesenia and Emely take pride in their restaurant and it shows . Thank you Eric .

If you go for the deals instead of just a whatever combo meal you’re going for, you can feed a family of 4 for less than $20. And it tastes better than Burger
Worst Carl’s Jr ever. Other franchises are great but this location is the worst. Service is 0/10. I believe this to be a training issue because I have visited this place over the course of almost a decade and it always is bad. Staff make repeated mistakes on orders, cannot scan coupons or app discounts, run out of ingredients, and get orders wrong. As a customer I have paid more than I should have because staff cannot figure out how to apply a special that has an ad for it ON THE FRONT DOOR. Today when I asked to correct the order MARTHA gave me grief about it as if it is my fault that she made 4 separate mistakes in an order of only 4 items. Unbelievable.

Previously I wrote a good review of this place but today I will say that the staff was very inattentive and the place was dirty and although I asked the person in charge to clean the table he refused after 15 or 20 minutes he just started cleaning. My son and I had to clean with a napkin with water

Amazing play place, but it had some ketchup and lots of hand prints inside and was too tall for my 6 year old. It was nice and warm inside. The BBQ chicken sandwich was super gross because the chicken was super rubbery and the sauce was weird. Employees were friendly.
