Middle of the day (slow customer flow), only one guy working (shame on the manager for doing this to customers and the single worker) and we waited 32 mins minutes for a tea and one Boba. Not acceptable! We won't be coming back here again.

Delicious Boba milkshakes! Much better than the ones I have tried elsewhere here in Provo. Their macarons are soft and delicious -- not overly sweet.

This place was alright. It took a really long time to get our drinks out and the smoothies were really plain in flavor, my kids didn't want to finish them. They were also really overflowed so they leaked all over us when we put the straws in. I'd return for the mango chamoy one I got but for the price I won't buy for the kids again unless they get a kids menu.

There was only one person working when we came. We waited 30 minutes for our 3 drinks! I wish she had told us there was that much backlog before we ordered. When it was finally ready, one was missing the boba. It would have been faster to go to Red Robin lol
