11/1/24 my fruit cup which cost $4+ was half full and messy and missing blueberries. I told a girl at the counter and she turned her back to me and whispered to the manager right in front of me, which was rude. Then the manager said they use a scoop which is the same at all Chick filas and there is a national blueberry shortage. I told her the picture on the screen shows a cup full over the brim with fruit and blueberries and that it is false advertising to not give what is pictured and asked if she could put up a sign to let people know they are out of blueberries but she gave me lots of attitude and wasn’t sympathetic but offered a refund. She said they gave me 8 pieces of strawberries instead of 5 to make up for the blueberries. The other chick FIL A in Provo organizes their fruit in the cup and always fills it.
There were 4 girls just talking in the front and laughing and 10 orders on the screen to be completed. I asked if any of them could help make my order and they just stared at me. I told Eiblehs and she listened and said thanks but never apologized.
Well managed team, fast service, and always great warm and fresh food made to order.

I've honestly had it with these college students my age giving horrible customer service and delivering a low quality product.
To put this in perspective, I love Chick Fil A and went there for lunch almost everyday on my last job. I usually have no bad things to say about Chick Fil A, even if the service isn't completely up to standard or they mess up my order. It's simply that good!
It just seems that there's this culture in Utah County to feel bad for fast food workers and to allow mistakes and not take quality service that seriously. I understand you order at the kiosk but the front of house worker was so rude! He simply said "Bryan" and handed me my food. No "thank you" or even a smile! How is Chick Fil A allowing their standards to be completely broken by these delinquents!?
My cheese also wasn't melted. I don't pay $6.00+ to have a chicken sandwich without melted cheese. That is simply unacceptable.
Get your act together, BYU WILK! You can do way better.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and they called my name and gave me my order. I should have checked it. Since they put the Kale Salad in, I assumed all was well. Who else would order a Kale salad? But when I went back to my office, there was a fried chicken sandwich with cheese, not grilled and the name on the box was Andrew. How do you get Andrew and Denise mixed up. If BYU is going to sell Chick-fil-a, they need to up their game. The chain has a reputation for not making dumb mistakes. And fare warning to all, check and double check every item in your bag before leaving. I wish I had.

Employee Arie at Chick-fil-A was VERY rude, I spelled out my name for my order but she didn't bother typing it correctly, food took too long.
Awful customer service ??

I went there for dinner, and the entire time I was ordering food, the guy taking my order (Sam M.) was saying, "What?" or "what did you say?". Yes, it was loud, but I my voice was loud as can be without literally yelling. He had no smile or even a hint of kindness. When he gave me the receipt, before I could even take it, he dropped it and said, "My pleasure." My friends were behind me in line and said the same thing about him, not bothering to be kind. Really, the food was great, though, and I will definitely eat here again.

I honestly don’t know why I got a piece of metal stuck to my sandwich. They said that it’s a common occurrence so they gave me a new sandwich but it still has me concerned. How is that not a safety hazard? If this happens often, then the fryer should be fixed. As someone who worked in fast food before, I can tell you that this shouldn’t be happening. The staff are nice but i was lucky to have spotted this and be eating on campus. Had I brought this and been far from campus, I never would’ve gotten a new sandwich or money back and instead would’ve wasted 10 bucks.

I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt didn't print out. I wasn't able to get the order number, I wasn't expecting a receipt not to print out. I tried telling the worker that but they pushed me to the side. I was able to get my food like 30 minutes later. My fries were super cold as a result of the whole situation.

The folks at Chick-fil-A know how to do a drive through. Several employees helping move the line along. Very very rarely do they make a mistake on the food. Friendly, good food, great experience.

Ordered the grilled chicken club and it didn’t have all the ingredients on it. They missed my bacon. Not friendly staff either.
