I’m sorry guys but we did not have 25 minutes to wait in the drive through this morning for 3 peoples small orders.

Chick-fil-A at 484 Cougar Blvd delivers reliable food and friendly service, but there are some notable drawbacks that regular customers will notice. The biggest issue is the parking—there are limited spaces, and during peak hours (especially lunch and dinner), it's nearly impossible to find a spot without circling the lot or waiting. The drive-thru, while fast for how busy it gets, often backs up onto Cougar Blvd, causing traffic congestion and making it stressful to enter or exit. Inside, the dining area is relatively small and tends to get loud and crowded, which can make it hard to find a seat or enjoy your meal comfortably. Additionally, while the service is generally good, there have been occasional mix-ups with orders or missing sauces when using the mobile app or drive-thru. That said, the food quality is consistently high, and the staff remains courteous even under pressure. If you visit outside of peak hours, the experience is much smoother.

This is the worst chic fil a I’ve been to. They messed up my order, then when I tried to notify them my order was wrong, the completely ignored me. Not impressed with the service.

Not sure why, but this location is nowhere near as good as others in the area. The food quality and consistency are lower than any other in the area we've visited. Also, the likelihood of them getting some aspect of an order wrong, even when you order via the official mobile app, is not great.

I ordered a 30 count grilled nugget and only received 21 nuggets and I paid around $20. What an absolute scam. Plus their ranch is significantly lower quality than McDonald’s ranch.

🗣️😷 Lots of coughing in the kitchen tonight. A girl had a loud, sickly cough we could hear from the drive thru lane—she was back where our food came from. It’s awkward, we payed and took our food, but didn’t feel good about eating it later. So we tossed it all, what a waste of money. 😭 Still better than getting sick.

I was really blown away. I sat down to eat with a friend, and a very nice woman named Krista came up to our table and asked if we'd like ice water. Very welcome on a hot summer day. Such excellent service. Also, after waiting for a short while for our food, we got a free cookie! How awesome was that!
