Wow usually I like chic fil la but tonight they weren’t even busy and it literally took over 20mins to go through the drive thru. They messed up everyone’s payment and I got stuck behind the car in front of me and they didn’t even have them move forward and out of the way. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had at chick fil la.

They were very unprofessional and rude about my service animal and literally asked for documentation. The ADA prohibits them from asking for documentation or for the reason as to why I have a service animal. Disappointing st best. Very unprofessional and they should do better...

Shrinkflation at Chic-fil-A Provo? This morning I ordered a Sausage Bowl meal and a Chicken burrito Drive Thru. The bowl meal was normally portioned, warm, and my child loved it. My burrito on the other hand was unusually small. The photo was after I opened the wrapper, split down the side, mostly tortilla, and Yes slightly larger than my key fob. It was wrapped tight like a sushi roll, the hash browns smashed into a potato paste. I get it this morning you were busy, I walked in saw the line and immediately exited because I didn’t have time. Just asking you to step it up, You’re the best in fast food breakfast:) :) Thank you for your time and your team is so kind. My order was 12/11/25 Drive thru 8:59 am.

The food was super soggy. I took two bites and lost my appetite. Ask for a refund and they said no, because they make it fresh even though it was clearly soft and soggy. I’ve never returned food before until now. Bad customer service I just want me money back.

Chick-fil-A isn’t a restaurant, it’s a spiritual experience. I pulled into the drive-thru with a broken spirit and a low battery, and somehow left with a hot meal, a clean napkin, and emotional healing. The employee told me “my pleasure” with such sincerity I almost cried.
Typical CfA, can get busy in the drive thru and parking is tough. Only accessible by one direction from cougar which could be confusing.

I am honestly so disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee then 22 minutes for two Chick-fil-A biscuits. Then upon getting my Chick-fil-A biscuits, one of them had cheese on a Chick-fil-A biscuit. It was ridiculous.
