Health violation. I tried to contact them via phone to resolve it but since they make it impossible to talk to them, I guess I have to report it publicly. Ordered a burrito to go and the chicken was raw. Already took a few bites before noticing and now we are just hoping that we don’t get sick. Not sure why they make it so difficult to work on an issue like this.

Pros:

* This location has a new Manager, and he is on it!!! 💪💪🎉🎉 I can already see the difference and the improvements!!

* Customer Service is excellent!!

* The food is delicious!! 😋

* Place is clean, and they are upkeeping it!!

Cons:

* The music is way too loud!! You can't have a relaxing, pleasant conversation because you have to speak above it in order for your companion to be able to hear you. That's why I purchased to go. The loudness of their music discourage me/us from sitting there to enjoy our food!! It sucks because the place is very nice and clean.-

Came in with my girlfriend to grab some food and the customer service was terrible. My girlfriend asked if there was any kind of sour cream or milk in the cheese because when she eats sour cream or has milk she gets really sick. The guy up front and the girl that was getting the temp for the food said “it’s dairy” than my girlfriend said “I can eat cheese, just can’t have sour cream and milk and wanted to make sure it wasn’t in there” and they looked at each other and just didn’t say anything. Made her feel bad for even asking when she’s just trying to be cautious. Also felt like they were just wanting rushing to get us out of there, didn’t feel like a customers felt like burdens coming into this place. Foods great, service isnt the best.

I had a bowl and almost no meats in it. I choose hoeny chicken and steak. What I could chew was only two small pieces of chicken and like 3 pieces of steak. I would recommand to find other locations. It was my first visit and so frustrating.

I’m outraged right now. I ordered a STEAK quesadilla with green sauce and fresh tomato. What did I receive? A PLAIN quesadilla no protein whatsoever and no fresh tomato. I specifically go here for STEAK in my quesadillas. Was a nice snack but I payed extra for that steak. Not to mention the item is only available online and I couldn’t use my damn gift card without spending 15 minutes making a stupid account on the app. A refund would be much appreciated!!

The only thing worse than the portions here is the service. I’ve ate at a lot of chipotles and never have I been consistently treated worse by the employees than here. Yesterday the worker gave me crap because I scanned my app at the wrong time, and then lectured me about only doing things when he says to. You’d think after watching them barely put enough portions to cover the bottom surface of the bowl I’d be the one yelling

They are rude, the employees are not able to take good care of the Doordash workers and one asks them for the order and they make a bad face or ignore one of them. I had to raise my voice so they would take me into account.

I have spent $5k dollars at Chipotle in my lifetime and earned over 12 thousand chipotle points. I am only 23 years old and spent 2 of those years in Colombia. So essentially I have spent $5k on Chipotle in 5 years. Hear me out...

This Chipotle quickly went from one of the WORST (if not the worst) locations I have ever eaten at to the BEST using one simple trick that customers had been begging for.

I refused to go to the Provo location went to the Orem location twice a week for about a year. I vowed to never go back until Sonia Ponce, the old general manager was fired once and for all. Over the summer, I heard the glorious news that Sonia was kicked and a new and customer focused manager, Ryson Lee, was hired.

Since then, they entire's staff moral has been boosted and customers are apt, nay, dare I say anxious to eat at Chipotle.

No more are the days of getting charge extra for sides that are ALWAYS FREE. No more are the days of seeing a death glare from Sonia Ponce as she gives you a portion of meat than a grain of rice. No more are the days of paying for steak when you got chicken, then insisting you got chicken but Sonia doesn't care and charges you for steak anyways and then you have to take a bite to show that it really is chicken and then you have to beg for a reimbursement (#justiceforbobbybear).

The ingredients taste divine because the chefs are happy to work under such kind management. I kid you not you can taste the difference and they are crushing it hear.

Sonia ruined this location since the day they opened up; Ryan took the reins months ago and completely flipped the script. Love this place these days.

The food at Chipotle is really good for fast food. The prices are insane though and unless you get a really generous employee the portions are terrible. This particular Chipotle has very few generous employees. Only eat here when you've got money to burn
