They charged extra for extra rice and corn. They then said if you order extra on the app, you actually just get a normal amount. Granted an employee came up to me afterward and said it was just their boss, they don’t normally do that. She told me that the boss doesn’t work at night, so it’s better to come at night.

We ordered large guacamole (which is not cheap) and found that there were two plastic lids inside the container making it look full but giving us much less guacamole than we paid for. In addition to being extremely sketchy and disappointing, it seems like they were overtly giving the middle finger to the customer. Did they think we wouldn't notice we were getting scammed? Do they just not care? Between this experience and reading reviews of other people who have also had terrible experiences there I don't think we'll be going back.

I went here at noon on a Thursday. I never leave reviews at places, however as a food owner myself this was hands down the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They were disrespectful and were on a whole new level of stingy. Over charged me for an extra side. The manager needs to seriously reevaluate who’s working

Went to get chipotle at this location and asked for extra pico when given only a half scoop. Was then charged extra. Is this a new policy because I have never once in my years of going to chipotle and this location been charged extra unless it was for guac or queso. Usually it’s extra for guac but never have I been charged when asking for extra veggies and I ask for extra veggies every time. I love chipotle but this location sucks. Manager should be fired. I had to ask for more food 8 times because they only gave me half a scoop of everything. They were rude about giving me more. Terrible service.

sonia the manager and old hispanic lady is terrible. she needs to be fired. she was rude and gave half a spoon full of things that are typically free range at all other chipotle’s and said anymore would be extra. never eating here again.

The big Hispanic lady with glasses who serves during lunch time is horrible. I am appalled by how little food she serves you. I am basically getting a 1/2 burrito bowl for the full price. I also found a bone in my chicken, tried to get a refund/remake, and she basically said deal with it after verifying that it was inedible. Please fire that person, then I’ll start coming back, or put her on the grille. Please stop letting her skimp out on our portions! You guys are likely losing money because of her.

I used to come here a lot, but every time Sonya makes my bowl, she gives me the tiniest portions. It's very frustrating and anti-consumer. If Sonya is there on the rare occasion I still go, I leave and take my business elsewhere. Please address this with Sonya!
