Walked here after the marathon with our two daughters that ran the race. No line, but they said our food wouldn’t come for over 30 minutes because of an online order. Very bummed to have tired legs and hear that in person order take a back seat. Won’t be back!

I usually love coming to Chom and have never had an issue, but unfortunately was disappointed and couldn't finish my Lil Chom burger tonight. My husband's chom came out perfect but mine unfortunately came out not fully cooked, and while I don't mind a little pink, this was a little too pink for my liking. My bun was also really soggy and didn't seem as fresh or toasted as they normally do. I'm hoping it was a one time occurrence, but just disappointed.

Showed up about an hour before closing, and this place was still hopping. Was my first time trying Chom Burger and I'll be back for sure. The burgers are thick & juicy with a variety of high quality toppings. The buns they serve these on are excellent, too. They were toasted but still soft, and was the perfect touch to an excellent all around burger.

In the category of hamburger restaurants, this is my all time favorite. I want to eat here whenever we come to Provo. My husband and I shared a bacon and blue cheese burger with sweet potato fries and a pumpkin biscoff shake, and it was the perfect amount of food for two people. The burger was well seasoned, the bun was perfectly toasted, the fries were crispy and hot with flaky sea salt, and the shake was the perfect sweetness level. It was all superb.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I noticed during my recent visit. The bathroom was in a messy condition, and there was no hand soap available. This was concerning, as cleanliness is essential for both hygiene and customer experience.
