The staff were really nice & the menu looks appealing. Outside of that pretty underwhelming. We ate there last night and my wife and I immediately felt sick afterwards. Her stomach was cramping all night and 14 hours later we both feel pretty sick. One of my teenage boys ate 3 bites of his burger and was done, none of my other 3 teenage boys wanted it either. I ordered the peach cobbler shake, which was just cinnamon and vanilla ice cream with some chunks in it. My son tried it and asked if it was Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor - I guess it should be renamed.
The space is also not clean. When we walked in you could just see & feel that it was dirty, I immediately wanted to walk out and find another place. Even back into the food prep area looks like it’s never had a deep clean, and the bathrooms were on par with these findings. I never saw an employee wipe a table while we were there either. It was the kind of place I didn’t want to set any of my personal belongings down anywhere.
Definitely won’t be back.

The chicken sandwich was actually really good but everything else was disappointing. The fries were cold and looked like they were someone's leftover McDonald's order.
The dining area was very gross and dirty. I had to switch tables 4 times before I found one that wasn't sticky. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in years and there was garbage and napkins around the room.

I’m from out of town and loved coming here again. I brought my mom, daughter and son. We all really enjoyed the food. Great flavor!! I could tell the cashier was really annoyed when my son wanted to change up the salad. Granted he is super picky and I wanted all his unwanted toppings on the side so it was basically lettuce with toppings on the side. The restaurant was very dirty. Very dirty bathrooms and lots of grime on the floors and walls. Sticky tables and chairs. Great food though

Burgers, sandwiches and sweet potato fries are absolutely fantastic. I ordered a large sweet potato fries and it was LARGE, not to mention, perfectly cooked. The BBQ chicken sandwich is simply amazing in terms of taste and texture. I had the salted caramel biscoff shake and it was good but there wasn't much biscoff taste.
Food came out very quickly, which is always appreciated.
I would love to see more milkshake options.
The tables tend to be on the dirtier side and the floor is a bit greasy, especially in the bathroom.
All worth it for the food though!

I honestly love this place. Both of my children are celiacs and we have eaten here FOUR times and EACH time has been completely gluten free!! Specify at the counter when you order. They have done amazing by us. Fries and burgers can be gluten free and we have loved coming here. We will be eating here often. The parking sucks but the maneuvering is completely worth it
CHOM was so, SO good! We showed up on a Friday night with 30+ people for a family get together. The food was DELICIOUS and served so quickly! The only downside to our visit was the restaurant being too hot - the AC didn’t seem to work very well.
