The burger was good, but the service was awful. The girl spoke very quietly and made tired faces while we were waiting to choose. You can really notice the difference when someone serves with a good attitude and appreciation for their job.

One of the best burgers I’ve had. I came in around 8:30 PM on a slow night, and the food took a little while to come out, but I’m not complaining. This wasn’t a premade burger that they warmed up, I watched them fire the patty after I ordered. I had the garlic burger, and the fried egg made a bit of a mess, as they always do. But overall the flavor on the patty, and garlic aoli was incredible. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town. 50/50 fries were also excellent.

Little later on a week night. Medium size crowd. The guy who took our order was so joyful and friendly. It was very refreshing. We chatted for a bit as he took our order. Gal who gave us our food was not quite as nice. I tried to get her attention multiple times for a forgotten drink cup but she kept ignoring me. Finally just reached over the counter and got it myself. Food was good. Glad they have a smaller burger option. Skip the avocado. Not worth the extra charge. Very yummy chocolate milk shake.

OM Burger is straight-up awesome! Got the Pastrami & Swiss burger and it was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in Utah—juicy, perfectly seasoned patty piled high with tender pastrami and melty Swiss with amazing spicy brown mustard aioli, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms. The 50/50 fries & tots were crispy and addictive, and the grasshopper shake was thick, minty perfection. Huge portions, super friendly staff, and everything tasted fresh. Already craving my next visit. Provo’s burger spot! 🍔✨

This place is unreal. I got the bacon blue burger last night… it rocked. Hands down best burger in Utah. Fries were perfect. The fry sauce is so unique, too. I consider myself a burger snob, and I would go out of my way to come back here.

Recently went here and they have changed their food supplier and the way they cook. They also changed how they run the business. Buns, fries, and ice cream were not the CHOM we know and love. It’s unfortunate that big money can ruin such a good restaurant! I don’t think I will go again until I hear that they change back. :(

The burgers/sandwiches are excellent.
The fries are also good. Shakes have been uneven—sometimes good sometimes not—but it’s been a while since I had a disappointing one. Seems like they’ve improved training and quality control.
I'll be back soon, but the burger is what brings us back—amazing

Greg provided high quality service and enthusiasm for his job. The burger was tasty. But seriously Greg made the difference.

I ordered the Garlic Burger, the buns were barely toasted, and there was so little garlic aoli that when I lifted the top bun, I was surprised to find there was any at all (pictured). This meant the flavor of the burger primarily had to rely on the seasoning of the meat which was, again, lackluster.
Despite being soggy due to the unmelted butter, the buns were good quality. For the price ($10 without fries or a drink) I expect better execution.

1st timer. I came for the Gluten free burger and I was not disappointed. They made my shake without gluten as well. Everything was so delicious. I will be coming back !!!!

The staff were really nice & the menu looks appealing. Outside of that pretty underwhelming. We ate there last night and my wife and I immediately felt sick afterwards. Her stomach was cramping all night and 14 hours later we both feel pretty sick. One of my teenage boys ate 3 bites of his burger and was done, none of my other 3 teenage boys wanted it either. I ordered the peach cobbler shake, which was just cinnamon and vanilla ice cream with some chunks in it. My son tried it and asked if it was Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor - I guess it should be renamed.
The space is also not clean. When we walked in you could just see & feel that it was dirty, I immediately wanted to walk out and find another place. Even back into the food prep area looks like it’s never had a deep clean, and the bathrooms were on par with these findings. I never saw an employee wipe a table while we were there either. It was the kind of place I didn’t want to set any of my personal belongings down anywhere.
Definitely won’t be back.

The chicken sandwich was actually really good but everything else was disappointing. The fries were cold and looked like they were someone's leftover McDonald's order.
The dining area was very gross and dirty. I had to switch tables 4 times before I found one that wasn't sticky. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in years and there was garbage and napkins around the room.

Don’t expect to get what the menu states and staff and management don’t know how to deal with complaints in a professional manner. The place where they cook the food is also filthy!
