We love this location and getting ice cream here! We got the chocolate dipped waffle bowl and it was NOT good. Would not recommend wasting money on that. But we usually get the banana caramel crunch creation they have and it is amazing!!!

It's Saturday night, line out the door, online orders ringing through and you have ONE, ONE SINGULAR WORKER. She is doing great, the absolute best she can, but this is a huge negative reflection on management. Especially when this is a summer night in a college town! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed by them all. Those on shift this time deserve 5 stars.

This is the best Cold Stone location around. The staff are friendly. They do their jobs accurately, and the food is quality with fantastic variety. The nearest cold stone to me is in American Fork, a 10 minute drive from my house. I drive an added 15 minutes for this location because it is that much superior. Thanks!

Make sure you triple check they write what you requested. We asked for a simple happy birthday and name, but they seem to always mess that up. Still really like the cake though just wish the writing is correct.
