Very clean and taken care of. Staff are amazing and do offer drinks to delivery drivers which is a plus. Customer care is excellent and good is amazing and they take priority in making sure Customers are happy and food is substituted when needed highly recommend giving all staff a raise

We placed a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. I watched the staff get through the line of walk in customers 3 times over while they ignored the 10+ customers standing by the mobile order pick up. By the time I got my nachos, they were cold and soggy.

I’m a big costa vida guy, and I am consistently disappointed by this costa vida.

Service is so freaking slow. There were only three people in front of me and I waited for 30 minutes. They didn’t even have a shortage of employees, they’re just wandering around. Super disappointing. It’s like they’re avoiding interacting with customers.

Also the food portions are atrocious. Very disappointing costa. You make it hard to defend you against cafe Rio people. I’m getting tired of defending you with your poor service.

All of the tables were covered in crumbs. Doesn’t look like they’ve wiped any table all day.

Get your act together Provo costa.

Costa Vida Provo is a good date destination. There is a bowling alley attached to the back end, so dinner or lunch and an activity to enjoy with groups. Food is affordable and fresh✅, service is fast and friendly.✅ Would go again!

Long wait for pick up and was never acknowledged by staff when I walked in and waited for about 10 minutes for a staff member to even ask who I’m picking up for.

Haven't come here for a long time and came with a friend tonight. Employee - named Braxton - was very sullen while serving and barely listening to requests and questions. Several reminders had to be made throughout. At the end, he had mixed up the meals and had added the wrong toppings to the wrong orders, but denied doing so until repeatedly pressed. Eventually asked if we wanted them remade. Another employee did so in a much more expedited and friendly manner, with better portion sizes as well.

I acknowledge people can be having a bad day, but there's not room for that kind of bad service in an otherwise good establishment. The fixed orders tasted fine.

In my view, this is the best CostaVida because of a lady who works there named Paula. She is very friendly, kind and very service oriented. She makes it worth the trip to patron this particular CostaVida! Thanks Paula!

I have Celiac disease. I kindly asked for a gluten free burrito. The employee (who was a shift lead, I did not get his name, but I went around 6 pm on Thursday August 7th in the Provo location) just immediately dismissed my request and kept shaking his head and rudely saying “I can’t do that. I can’t do that.” I told him “I’ve had it done here before…” and he kept insisting no. He was not being kind at all about it. I would have understood if he said “I don’t feel comfortable doing that today, would you like something else?” But his tone of voice and rude attitude was just appalling. The other employees jumped in and said “oh we can do that!” And he insisted that they couldn’t. Finally he gave in, and reached for the corn tortillas WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES. One reason I love Costa Vida is how quick the employees change their gloves when I request a gluten free meal. But this SHIFT LEAD didn’t even want to do that decency. I had to ask him to change his gloves, which he begrudgingly did. And then he made my burrito, without even looking my way the whole time. I understand that a gluten free burrito is not the standard way to make a burrito, but it really isn’t hard or inconvenient. What is hard and inconvenient is having Celiac disease or any dietary restrictions and facing poor treatment like I received from this employee. This experience would be enough to make someone like me never want to go back again. Do better. Just be kind.

This costa vida is not my favorite costa vida tbh. Parking is always weird and idk how I feel about the fat cats right next to it. But, I do still go regularly lol bc this is the costa vida closest to me. We work with what we got. Can’t get enough of a small sweet pork salad no beans double rice no pico everything else.

Service was terrible. When they served the salad, it spilled everywhere and ended up touching the serving plate—super unprofessional. They nearly forgot my tortilla add-on too. As for the meat, they gave me maybe a third of what you'd expect in a regular salad. We ordered the 2 for 22 deal, which is an absolute scam. Who in their right mind would pay that for food here? Definitely not worth it, and I’m never coming back.

Disappointed in the service I received today. Went 40 minutes before close. Portion sizes were well under what they should be because they were scraping the bottom of all the dishes, my salad was made wrong, and I waited 5 minutes for rice. Should have just closed the store early!!
