It was my first visit to a Costa Vida restaurant, and I found the menu to offer excellent choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and, most importantly, the food was delicious!

The service was not friendly and the portions were ridiculously stingy. One scoop of chicken in a Baja bowl? Really?? I visit the Lehi location frequently and am always happy with their service and portions. I will most definitely not be returning to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Got the food to go. My sweet pork burrito was more like a rice and beans burrito. I barely had any meat, and the pico/lettuce on the side was like little bits that had been at the bottom of the container. So disappointed. Definitely did not get what I paid for. And they didn’t honor the discount card we had.

Go to the Orem costa not this one! I love costa Vida just not this one. They are extremely slim on the portions they give out here compared to other costa vidas. The Orem one is just like 2 miles away is is the best costa Vida I’ve been to go there.
⭐️⭐️ Every time I go here as a door dasher I always have to wait at least 8 minutes just for someone to talk to me or acknowledge that I’m there. It’s quite frustrating. People are nice tho.
1 month later: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After coming here, I have noticed a difference and feel more attended to. Thank you!

Always the same bs here. If I order to go, I'll get to the store and wait for everyone in line for dine in to be served and then They'll make my order. I'm waiting 20 minutes with 10 other people at, to go. And when they've stopped serving the line, all the employees making the food take a break in the back instead of helping the to go orders. This place is a joke. People that walk into the store 20 minutes after me will be served before They'll help to go. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have a doordash order, so far waited 40 minutes after I arrived and still haven’t gotten my order. Employee says it’s do to short staffing but seem to have no problem moving the walk in line. Little ridiculous to watch 20 people walk-in, order, receive their food, and leave meanwhile I keep getting told “we’re just doing the orders as we receive them”
