The icecream was good, but you could get better elsewhere. The cones tasted like cardboard. For being the center piece of uniqueness, it was pretty disappointing. Would not come back. Better options out there.

It would be great if I could have more ice cream flavors. I think the idea of a different texture cone is good but I would like to try flavors like passion fruit or strawberry and n the cone

The ice cream was so good and the crispy cone was a 10/10!! I got vanilla ice cream with the biscoff sauce and biscoff spread on the inside of the cone! Would highly recommend. I also love that they have outdoor seating and it’s away from the road so my kids could play freely!

I tried Crispy Cones last week after wanting to try them for months. They make their cones fresh and use a European style dough cone, grilled rotisserie-style and covered with cinnamon + sugar or a specialty powder. The cones can be filled with different spreads like peanut butter or Nutella and then topped with soft serve ice cream, fresh fruit and whipped cream! They have different weekly specialty flavors and monthly cone flavors. I loved how the cone can be pulled apart easily after you have finished the goodness inside. Next time you are in Provo don’t forget to stop into Crispy Cones for a perfectly tasty treat!

they dont even say hi, just ignore me and my family for the whole 10 minutes we were there, i could understand if they’re busy but at least teach your cashers to say “hey good afternoon, we will be with you in a few moment”
