Awful service! We ordered on the app for delivery. The DoorDash driver stole the cookies and never delivered. When we called the store to figure out how to fix it. They were incompetent and rude. They were too lazy to fix the problem. It took three calls to the store for them to finally refund, but refused to resend the order.

Almost 16$ for cookies is crazy. They are good…but I don’t know if they are that good. Service is very cold. I would agree with the other comments about how they are rude college kids. I got cookies November 16th (so you can look up who worked that shift) and the kids there did a bad job on my cookies. They forgot to put icing on two of my cookies. Love this brand but the service was wack. Sorry to be a Karen.

Cookies tasted good but unfortunately the customer service is just some rude kids who laughed after the interaction. “I’ve got a mobile pick up” I’d said and the kid at the front said “well you’re gonna have to take a seat it’ll be a bit” and no friendly hello, no warm thanks or show of cookies which is a bummer but they did taste good
