I’d suggest checking out the photos. I ordered the smoky barbecue french fries and what I received was a cup of fries with some blue cheese dressing and looks like maybe barbecue sauce squished together in a cup. Menu said melted blue cheese crumbles drizzled with smoky barbecue sauce. Not just false advertising, but hands-down disgusting. I did give it two stars because the black bean burger I ordered was… OK. But just OK. There was ONE jalapeño on it. Thumbs up there. Because that was the only flavor on the black bean burger.

This place has a variety of different foods! i went with the Dragonslayer burger. It was the single 13$ out the door, the 1/3 patty was thick and well seasoned. i quite liked the red onion blue cheese combo.

I love the buffalo chicken salad and the buffalo blue cheese fries. I really appreciate the amount of food I get for the price, and that it’s a healthy take out option. I do online ordering from cubby’s at least once a week and I get the same thing every time because it’s amazing every time! I have certain substitutions and changes to the salad each time I order and they always get it correct, which i appreciate because most places don’t get your substitutions right the first time. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. The only change I would have would be to have a loyalty system as I come here so often. I highly recommend cubbys to anyone and everyone!!

Amazing sweet potato fries! Burgers were great! Our order (apparently) took longer than usual so the manager came out and apologized and gave us some moon pies as an apology. We hadn’t even noticed but shows that customer service is a priority!

Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!

I’ve given this place (the chain) several tries and each time is equally as underwhelming. Overpriced, have gotten the order wrong a few times and the food is very average. Seating and atmosphere is uncomfortable as well. I think FOR the price, I’d give it an even lower rating.

Hey Leo is AMAZING!! I have had to stick to a very strict diet due to some health issues that I have been struggling with. He helped me find exactly what I could eat with out a reaction. He was So Friendly and Patient with me! Please do whatever you can to recognize him!! Thanks for being awesome Leo!! :)
