Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!

Most expensive fast food, hamber place I have ever been to. The place looks cheap but over $50 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. And, they wouldn't take cash. NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent food. I had the tri tip street tacos. Wow. So tender, delicious. Excellent excellent fries….rosemary and and sweet potato fries are both excellent. If you’re complaining about this place and leaving bad reviews, you’re an absolute dink. Absolute Karen.

I was going to go to another restaurant chain that is right next door to this location, but saw the Cubby’s sign and decided to go there instead. I haven’t eaten here for a few years but remembered that their rosemary fries were pretty tasty. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. My meal consisted of a small burger ( I ordered the 2.5 oz patty) fries and a regular size soda and it came to almost $18. The fries were terrible, tasted like they had been sitting out all night and then microwaved to warm them a little. The burger was okay, but nothing to write home about. I felt very ripped off by the price I paid for my meal and the quality of food. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again. I guess just stick with the chain that consistently gives the same quality, tasty chicken that everyone loves.

I got the wild rice and kale salad for dinner last night and I woke up repeatedly in the night because I had to throw up. I haven’t stopped and it’s been hours. Must have been the chicken or the rice. Be careful eating here.

Pretty decent burger and all varieties of fries. The burger isn't my #1 fave but it's pretty good. The rosemary on the rosemary fries is almost not noticeable.

One of those places where you have to tip before you receive your food and the service, except for the only service I received was the food brought to the table. If you're looking for an authentic Italian beef experience, look elsewhere. This sandwich has the wrong beef, wrong bun, wrong giardiniera peppers, which are 80% celery, 19% carrots and 1% peppers. Dining in, dipped wet sandwich is served on a mesh tray wrapped in a foiled paper, which quickly started disintegrating and getting into food, while my beef was falling through the mesh , touching the table. Look at the puddle from the juices. I can't be the first person to ever order this. How is this acceptable!? Then I asked for a plate and was given the most disgusting dirty plate that I wiped with a dry napkin and it was black. Horrible experience. Blueberry milkshake was decent.

I love this place so much!! It’s the best if your man wants a burger and you want a salad. The rosemary fries are SOOO good and so are the sweet potato fries! My go to order is the lemon chicken Caesar salad with sweet potato fries! Just sad that they got so so expensive! I wish it was more affordable so I could eat here more.
We came here on Saturday july -9th at about 5p.m. It was not busy. One or 2 other groups there. The girl taking my order was nice. I specifically asked for a whole grain bun on the hamburgers I ordered. We passed up a table or 2 because they were not washed. We sat and waited for a while. And when the order finally came, it was not on whole grain buns. I told the guy bringing it that it was not the right bun and he kinda shrugged and didn’t say anything. Did not offer to replace them for the correct order. We had waited so long we didn’t want to wait longer. We just took the order. We also had ordered fries and when he handed me the sweet potato fries, he let go before I had a grip on them and the spilled all over the table. Again, no offer to fix the problem or replace the fries that just spilled everywhere. The food was fine, but I was a bit disappointed in the service and the issues that did not get addressed or solved. Not too happy with my experience there.
