They've recently reduced the size of their burger patties to 2.5 ounces -- and they say they've reduced their prices accordingly, but at $9.50 that's still a very pricey hamburger. I used to love Cubby's, but the food is no longer anywhere near worth the price.

I ordered the black bean burger, and two different fries, the burger tasted like mashed beans… not flavored at all just soggy mashed beans on a really dry bun that broke when I picked it up… the “Rosemary" fries tasted metallic like they came from a can, they didn’t taste like rosemary I’m not sure what that was. The only thing edible was the sweet potato fries. I’d rather eat a frozen Tv dinner then eat here.. I am not happy with my purchase. For those who want a good black bean burger that’s crispy and cooked all the way through and not mushy, Red Robin gives a better bean burger than this place does.

I was extremely disappointed in my salads ordered today. Got the Tri Tip and the Buffalo Chicken half salads. There was a reasonable amount of lettuce, easy filler for most places. The topping were as my grandmother would say, "walked through in rubber boots"! For the cost of nearly $15 for a HALF salad there should be a reasonable amount of the toppings. I even requested double the grilled red peppers, there were also hard to find. Really not worth the money. There was not enough protein on this salad to keep my hunger away for even three hours. Don't waste your money. Go buy a steak and cook it at home. The chicken salad had the same lack of toppings. Come on we are supporting your business, support our hard earned money and patronage with a reasonable portion.

Made it all the way to Provo to get a Italian Beef from Cubby's and it was worth it. Had a side of Buffalo blue cheese fries and a Houdini burger. All of the food was exceptional! Definitely try Cubbys you won't be disappointed.
Visiting from out of town. My kids love this place and always want to come here. My wife and a couple of the kids have food allergies and the manager and staff are always careful to their needs. My wife had a lettuce wrapped burger. It was super juicy and got all over the place but she liked the flavor. I got the lemon chicken salad. It was delivered with no chicken. They apologized and made things right. Service is good and everyone seemed happy.Vegetarian options: Just let them know when ordering.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free friendly but let them know upon ordering.Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.

I just had one of the most expensive and disappointing “half” salad experiences with Cubby’s today. I paid $12 for the wild rice and kale salad which tasted delicious, but was enough food to fill my left big toe. It only took a few bits to actually eat. The portion sizes for what you pay at Cubby’s are absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have $18 to spend on a “full” salad to actually get enough food to feel satisfied. While the food tastes good, Cubby’s seems more interested in making a good margin than actually taking care of their customers to keep them coming back without completely breaking the bank.
