They took so long to get out. Even though they took so long, they also messed up our ords and got it mixed up with others. We were do rehearsal at stadium of fire an 2 of my friends had to leave because they had to go practice and one of them ordered first but his food came out last. And they smothered our burgers in mustard and so little ketchup.

I parked my car at dairy queen because there was no parking because of graduation at around 10 in the morning to go for a quick run. Come back LESS then 30 minutes later and my cars towed. Idk in what world you think you’re getting business and need every stall but this is ridiculous. i was gone for maybe 20 minutes get over yourself. Plus note: when i went to go pick up my car 10 other people also had their cars towed from dairy queen. You guys are full of yourself it’s GRADUATION ofc they’re gonna need somewhere to park!

This has to be the worst Dairy Queen. We go every few months because it’s close to our home and always have a weird experience. The employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing. They also don’t accept discounts/deals that the app or other discount cards say they accept. Definitely need to improve training and legal advertising compliance.
