No cheese means no cheese... It's disappointing that this is something you can request and yet people still forget it. Not sure if I'll ever come back. Store looked nice and staff were friendly I guess, just sucks the burger I got had 3 slices of cheese to completely ruin it...

Dirty dirty DQ inside a gas station near the Provo airport. We stood and waited 10 minutes for someone to even notice we were standing at the register. The mini shake was tasty but we still felt gross leaving that place.

This location is by my office and one of the only food options so I go here fairly often. The food is always fresh and hot but that comes at the cost of the wait times. If you are in a pinch for time, don’t go here. It very often takes 20 or minutes from the time I place my order to get my food. Most of the staff are great however something major needs to be done to decrease the wait time. A lot of my coworkers have a 30 minute lunch and due to wait times here can’t make it back in time. Despite the location being 1 mile away .

I was really rooting for this place when it opened up down the street from me. Now I think I'll just keep going to the one down geneva by the maverick. So disappointing this location. It takes forever to get through both drive through and inside. My order has been messed up multiple times. And the blizzard tops are never used neither are the cup holders and that's just because I have to always ask for one for all my drinks. My blizzards are handed to me dripping all over my car and dripping down the side of the cup. It's awful.

I really want this place to work. West Provo has a dearth of food options. On days where I'm tired I want a close option to feed my family. The prices are good, food is good, place is super close too. But here is the major problem. I have no idea how this location is going to stay in business. The workers are slower than a slug that was half smashed. It's kind of like going to a super nice sit down restaurant that is packed with people when it comes to wait time. Except, there are pretty much no customers but somehow after all this time of being open they are still slow! I don't think the employees care one bit about their jobs. They can't seem to get the order right, yet again it was wrong tonight. For the amount of time to get it out it me, you would think they could get it right. The person who finally gave me my food chatted with the driver in front. They shared cell phone pictures with each other, set up a time to get together, I even know when her shift ends tomorrow! Please owner of this store, find new employees! Or you might as well start planning for store closure.
